The value of China's import and export trade with Central and Eastern European countries increased in 2025 by 7.5 percent year over year to reach 1.09 trillion yuan (about 160 billion U.S. dollars), hitting a record high according to the latest customs data.
This represents the 10th consecutive year of trade growth between China and Central and Eastern European countries.
The main products imported into China included metal ores and copper materials, while major products exported from China included electromechanical products and labor-intensive goods.
Poland, the Czech Republic, and Hungary ranked as the top three trading partners with China in Central and Eastern Europe.
