Top political advisor Wang Huning on Wednesday met with the Taiwan delegation attending the think tank forum co-hosted on Tuesday by research institutes affiliated with the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Chinese Kuomintang (KMT) party.

Extending congratulations on the success of the forum, Wang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, said that the mainland will strengthen exchanges with Taiwan's political parties, including the KMT, as well as with groups and people from all sectors of Taiwan.

Wang, also chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, said that the mainland will unite Taiwan compatriots to advance exchanges and cooperation, and deepen integrated development across the Taiwan Strait.

Adhering to the 1992 Consensus and opposing "Taiwan independence" is the common political foundation of exchanges between the CPC and the KMT, and the fundamental precondition for the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations, which should not waver at any time, he stressed.

He urged joint efforts to firmly grasp the destiny of the Chinese nation and resolutely oppose "Taiwan independence" separatism and interference by external forces, and to further expand the space for exchanges and cooperation for compatriots on both sides of the Strait.

All Taiwan compatriots and enterprises are welcome to take part in the implementation of the 15th Five-Year Plan, Wang said, urging the CPC and the KMT to take the lead in doing anything that benefits compatriots on both sides of the Strait and cross-Strait exchanges and cooperation.

Hsiao Hsu-tsen, vice chairman of the KMT who led the Taiwan delegation, said he hopes that Chinese people on both sides of the Strait will replace confrontation with exchanges and conflict with consultation, and work together for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

The Tuesday forum was attended by over 100 participants from both sides of the Strait, including think tank members of the CPC and the KMT, as well as representatives and experts from various fields such as tourism, industry, science and technology, healthcare, and environmental protection.

Le plus haut conseiller politique chinois, Wang Huning, a rencontré mercredi la délégation taïwanaise participant au forum des think-tanks organisé conjointement par le Parti communiste chinois (PCC) et le Kuomintang (KMT).

M. Wang, membre du Comité permanent du Bureau politique du Comité central du PCC, a présenté ses félicitations pour le succès du forum. Il a affirmé que la partie continentale renforcerait les échanges avec les partis politiques taïwanais, notamment le Kuomintang, ainsi qu'avec les représentants de divers milieux et la population de Taïwan.

M. Wang, qui est également président du Comité national de la Conférence consultative politique du peuple chinois, a déclaré que la partie continentale unirait les compatriotes taïwanais pour faire progresser les échanges et la coopération et approfondir le développement intégré à travers le détroit de Taïwan.

Il a souligné que le respect du consensus de 1992 et l'opposition au sécessionnisme taïwanais constituaient le fondement politique commun des échanges entre le PCC et le KMT ainsi que la condition préalable fondamentale au développement pacifique des relations entre les deux rives du détroit, qui ne devrait à aucun moment être remis en cause.

Il a appelé à des efforts conjoints pour saisir fermement le destin de la nation chinoise, s'opposer résolument au séparatisme de Taïwan et à l'ingérence de forces extérieures et à élargir davantage l'espace d'échanges et de coopération pour les compatriotes des deux côtés du détroit.

Tous les compatriotes et entreprises taïwanais sont les bienvenus pour participer à la mise en œuvre du 15e plan quinquennal, a déclaré M. Wang. Il a appelé le Parti communiste chinois et le Kuomintang à jouer un rôle moteur dans toute initiative bénéfique aux compatriotes des deux rives du détroit ainsi qu'au développement des échanges et de la coopération à travers le détroit.

Hsiao Hsu-tsen, vice-président du Kuomintang qui a dirigé la délégation taïwanaise, a déclaré qu'il espérait que les Chinois des deux côtés du détroit remplaceraient la confrontation par des échanges et le conflit par des consultations et qu'ils travailleraient ensemble pour le renouveau de la nation chinoise.

Le forum de mardi a réuni plus d'une centaine de participants des deux rives du détroit, parmi lesquels figuraient des membres des groupes de réflexion du Parti communiste chinois et du Kuomintang ainsi que des représentants et experts issus de divers secteurs tels que le tourisme, l'industrie, les sciences et technologies, la santé et la protection de l'environnement.

وأشار وانغ هو نينغ إلى أن التمسك بـ "توافق 1992" ومعارضة "استقلال تايوان" يشكلان الأساس السياسي المشترك للتبادلات بين الحزب الشيوعي الصيني وحزب الكومينتانغ.

وقال إنه من الضروري التصدي بحزم للأعمال الانفصالية الساعية الى ما يسمى " استقلال تايوان" وتدخلات القوى الخارجية، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة صون السلام والاستقرار عبر مضيق تايوان بشكل مشترك. ويجب علينا الاستجابة للتطلعات المشتركة للمواطنين على جانبي المضيق من أجل السلام والتنمية والتبادلات والتعاون، وفتح آفاق أوسع للتبادلات والتعاون بينهم. ونرحب بمشاركة أبناء تايوان والشركات من تايوان في تنفيذ "الخطة الخمسية الخامسة عشرة"، وخلق وضع جديد يتيح الاستفادة من المزايا التكاملية والتنمية المتكاملة عبر المضيق.

وأشار وانغ الى أن هذا العام يصادف مرور 160 عامًا على ميلاد السيد صن يات سين (رائد الثورة الديمقراطية ومؤسس حزب الكومينتانغ). ويجب على الحزب الشيوعي الصيني وحزب الكومينتانغ أن يتحملا المسؤولية التاريخية بشجاعة، وأن يعملا معًا لتحقيق النهضة العظيمة للأمة الصينية ومستقبلها المزدهر.

Председатель Всекитайского комитета Народного политического консультативного совета Китая (ВК НПКСК) Ван Хунин сегодня, 4 февраля, в Пекине провел встречу с представителями с Тайваня, принявшими участие в форуме аналитических центров КПК и партии Гоминьдан, среди которых был и заместитель председателя партии Гоминьдан Сяо Сюйцэнь.

Ван Хунин выразил поздравления с успешным проведением форума аналитических центров КПК и партии Гоминьдан, который состоялся 3 февраля.

Ван Хунин отметил, что отстаивание "Консенсуса 1992 года" и противодействие "независимости Тайваня" являются общей политической основой обменов между КПК и партией Гоминьдан.

По его словам, необходимо решительно выступать против сепаратистских действий сторонников "независимости Тайваня" и вмешательства внешних сил, а также совместно поддерживать мир и стабильность в Тайваньском проливе. Нужно прислушиваться к общему стремлению соотечественников по обе стороны Тайваньского пролива к миру, развитию, обменам и сотрудничеству, а также открыть более широкое пространство для обменов и сотрудничества между соотечественниками по обе стороны пролива. Wang afirmó que la parte continental de China trabajará con la región de Taiwan para impulsar los intercambios y la cooperación, así como para profundizar el desarrollo integrado a través del Estrecho de Taiwan.

　王氏は、「国共両党シンクタンクフォーラム」が円満な成功を収めたことを祝賀するとともに「我々は、中国国民党を含む台湾の各党派、団体、各界人士との交流を強化し、広範な台湾同胞と団結し、両岸の交流・協力を推進し、融合発展を深化させていく」と述べた。

　そして「『九二共識（92年コンセンサス）』の堅持と『台湾独立』反対は、国共両党の交流における共通の政治的基盤であり、いかなる時も揺るがしてはならない。我々は『台湾独立』分裂と外部勢力の干渉に断固反対し、共に台湾海峡の平和と安定を維持しなければならない」と示した。

　また「両岸同胞の平和・発展・交流・協力への共通の声に応え、より広範な交流協力の空間を切り開く」と強調した。

　その上で「台湾同胞と企業が『第15次五カ年規画』への参加を歓迎する。両岸同胞に利益をもたらし、交流協力に資することであれば、国共両党が率先して取り組むべきだ」と強調した。

　これに対し、蕭副主席は「両岸の中国人が、対話で対立を、協議で紛争を乗り越え、中華民族の振興に共に尽力することを望む」と応じた。

　3日に開催されたフォーラムには、海峡両岸から100名以上の参加者が集まり、中国共産党と中国国民党のシンクタンクメンバーをはじめ、観光、産業、科学技術、医療、環境保護など様々な分野の代表者や専門家が参加した。

Wang Huning, Vorsitzender des Landeskomitees der Politischen Konsultativkonferenz des Chinesischen Volkes (PKKCV), traf sich am Mittwoch mit einer taiwanesischen Delegation, die an dem Think-Tank-Forum teilnahm. Das Forum wurde am Dienstag von Forschungsinstituten der Kommunistischen Partei Chinas (KPCh) und der chinesischen Kuomintang-Partei (KMT) gemeinsam veranstaltet.

Wang gratulierte zum Erfolg des Forums und erklärte, dass das Festland den Austausch mit den politischen Parteien Taiwans, einschließlich der KMT, sowie mit Gruppen und Personen aus allen Sektoren Taiwans verstärken werde.

Alle taiwanesischen Landsleute und Unternehmen seien herzlich eingeladen, sich an der Umsetzung des 15. Fünfjahresplans zu beteiligen, sagte Wang und forderte die KPCh und die KMT auf, bei allen Maßnahmen, die den Landsleuten auf beiden Seiten der Taiwanstraße sowie dem Austausch und der Zusammenarbeit zwischen beiden Seiten zugutekommen, eine Vorreiterrolle zu übernehmen.

Hsiao Hsu-tsen, stellvertretender Vorsitzender der KMT und Leiter der Taiwan-Delegation, sagte, er hoffe, dass die Chinesen auf beiden Seiten der Taiwanstraße sich für Austausch statt Konfrontation und Konsultation statt Konflikt entscheiden und gemeinsam für den Aufschwung der chinesischen Nation arbeiten würden.

An dem Forum am Dienstag nahmen über einhundert Teilnehmer von beiden Seiten der Meerenge teil, darunter Mitglieder von Denkfabriken der KPCh und der KMT, aber auch Vertreter und Experten aus Bereichen wie Tourismus, Industrie, Wissenschaft und Technologie, Gesundheitswesen und Umweltschutz.
