The year 2026 marks the beginning of China's 15th Five-Year Plan, during which China will adopt a more proactive approach to expanding high-level opening-up. This year also marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the China-Russia strategic partnership of coordination, the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation between China and Russia, and the launch of the China-Russia Years of Education. We must seize this historic opportunity, ensuring that China-Russia relations continue to develop steadily along the right path with deeper strategic coordination and more proactive assumption of responsibilities of major countries."
