Taking German Chancellor Friedrich Merz's upcoming visit to China as an opportunity, China is willing to enhance mutual trust and deepen cooperation with Germany, said Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning at a press briefing in Beijing on Tuesday.
Mao briefed the media on the arrangements for Merz's visit to China, which is scheduled from Feb 25 to 26.
