China's human resources authorities are mulling measures to actively harness AI in creating new job opportunities and empowering traditional jobs, an official said Saturday.

Employment potential will be unleashed in sectors such as digital economy, high-end manufacturing and modern services, Minister of Human Resources and Social Security Wang Xiaoping told a press conference on the sidelines of the annual session of the national legislature.

"We will strengthen guidance through planning, and build an employment-friendly development mode. We are working with relevant departments to formulate a special employment plan for the 15th Five-Year Plan period, including a series of practical, effective and high-value major employment policies and action plans, to enhance the driving force of employment to development," the minister said.

"At present, artificial intelligence is developing rapidly, which has a profound impact on employment and is of great concern to everyone. Les autorités chinoises chargées des ressources humaines réfléchissent à des mesures visant à exploiter activement l'IA pour créer de nouvelles opportunités d'emploi et renforcer les emplois traditionnels, a déclaré samedi une responsable.

Le potentiel d'emploi sera libéré dans des secteurs tels que l'économie numérique, la fabrication haut de gamme et les services modernes, a indiqué la ministre des Ressources humaines et de la Sécurité sociale, Wang Xiaoping, lors d'une conférence de presse tenue samedi en marge de la session annuelle de l'organe législatif national à Beijing.

"Nous renforcerons le rôle directeur de la planification du développement et mettrons en place un modèle de développement favorable à l'emploi. 　第14期全国人民代表大会第4回会議は7日、民生をテーマとする記者会見を開いた。人力資源・社会保障部の王暁萍部長は、第15次5カ年規画期に向け、新たな雇用創出や既存職種の高度化における人工知能の役割を積極的に活用するための政策を検討していると示した。

Chinas Personalbehörden erwägen Maßnahmen, um Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) aktiv zur Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze und zur Befähigung traditioneller Berufe zu nutzen. Dies hat eine Beamtin am Samstag mitgeteilt.

Das Beschäftigungspotenzial werde in Bereichen wie der digitalen Wirtschaft, der High-End-Fertigung und modernen Dienstleistungen freigesetzt, sagte die chinesische Ministerin für Personalwesen und soziale Absicherung, Wang Xiaoping, auf einer Pressekonferenz am Rande der jährlichen Tagung des 14. Nationalen Volkskongresses (NVK).
