A high-level dialogue was held in Bangkok, Thailand on Friday, with participants gathering to discuss pathways for deepening cooperation between China and Thailand.

The event, titled "China in Springtime: China's Development Opportunities for the World" Global Dialogue, was organized by China Media Group (CMG).

The event was attended by more than 200 distinguished guests from political, business, academic, and media sectors of China and Thailand.

Guests at the dialogue highlighted the successful conclusion of China's "two sessions" -- the annual meetings of China's top legislature and political advisory body, with the adoption of the outline for the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030).

They emphasized that the plan not only charts a grand blueprint for China's high-quality development but also presents a new list of opportunities for global partnership.

Guests from media, enterprise, and technology sectors also engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics including new energy vehicle (NEV) technology, robotics and the cooperative opportunities that high-quality development brings to Thailand and the wider world.

The "China in Springtime: China's Development, Shared Opportunities for the World" Global Dialogue series will continue in countries across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia throughout the year, sharing China's development opportunities with the world, and promoting global cooperation as well as exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations.

　中央広播電視総台（チャイナ・メディア・グループ/CMG）が主催するグローバル対話会「春の中国：中国の発展は世界のチャンス」の特別イベントが20日、タイ・バンコクで開催された。中国とタイの政界、経済界、学術界、メディア関係者など200人余りが出席した。

　CMGの慎海雄台長がビデオメッセージを寄せ、「世界が良くてこそ、中国が良くなる。中国が良ければ、世界はもっと良くなる。中国という『安定したオアシス』は、新たな発展のチャンスを絶えず生み出している。CMGは世界トップクラスの総合メディアとしての優位性、科学技術革新力、メディアリソースの優位性を発揮し、中国式現代化の成果が世界により良く恩恵をもたらすよう推進し、中国の質の高い発展が生み出す新たなチャンスを世界の友人と共有し、科学技術が人類に幸福をもたらす革新的プラットフォームを共に築き、人類文明の新たな絵巻を共に描いていきたい」と述べた。

　参加者らは、先日閉幕した中国の「両会」（全国人民代表大会と中国人民政治協商会議の年次総会）で「第15次5カ年規画（2026-2030年）綱要」が採択されたことに触れ、これは中国の質の高い発展の青写真を描くとともに、世界に新たなチャンスを提供するものだと評価した。

　対話では、中国の新エネルギー車（NEV）技術やロボット工学、そして質の高い発展がタイおよび世界にもたらす協力の可能性などについても、踏み込んだ意見交換が行われた。

　このグローバル・ダイアログ・シリーズは、今年を通じて欧州、中東、ラテンアメリカ、アジアの各国で開催され、中国の発展によるチャンスを世界と共有するとともに、文明間の交流と相互学習、そしてグローバルな協力を促進するものになる。
