As part of the 2026 Zhongguancun (ZGC) Forum Annual Conference underway in Beijing, the ZGC International Technology Trade Fair opened on Wednesday, offering new platforms and services to accelerate commercialization of innovations and promote global technology trade.

Under the theme "Buy Globally, Sell Globally," the fair will host around 20 events and feature the debut of more than 500 high-tech projects.

One highlight is the "Orange Shop," a play on the Chinese word for "achievement shop," which showcases the latest scientific and technological advances. Innovations developed in laboratories can be exhibited both online and onsite at the venue, helping connect them with potential buyers and partners.

Another notable feature is the presence of a team of consultants in blue vests. Dubbed by their outfits, these technology managers are selected from universities, research institutes and tech parks, helping research results move toward real-world applications.

"We offer a series of targeted services in investment, consulting, intellectual property, and scientific-technological incubation. Their work reflects a broader effort to strengthen the link between research and industry across Beijing and beyond.

Founded in 2007 with the permanent theme "Innovation and Development," the ZGC Forum has grown into a global, open, and high-level platform for advancing global science and technology innovation.

9. Divers plans de visiteurs étrangers

Le salon international des technologies de la conférence annuelle du Forum de Zhongguancun (ZGC) 2026, a ouvert ses portes mercredi à Beijing, offrant de nouvelles plateformes et de nouveaux services pour accélérer la commercialisation des innovations et promouvoir le commerce mondial des technologies.

Placé sous le thème "Acheter globalement, vendre globalement", le salon accueillera une vingtaine d'événements et présentera en avant-première plus de 500 projets de haute technologie.

L'un des points saillants est "Boutique d'oranges", un jeu de mot qui veut dire "boutique de la résussite" (dans le sens où orange et réussite sont homophones en chinois), qui présente les dernières avancées scientifiques et technologiques, avec des innovations développées en laboratoire qu'on peut voir en ligne et sur place, facilitant ainsi les échanges avec des acheteurs et partenaires potentiels.

Autre particularité notable, c'est la présence d'une équipe de consultants issus des universités, des instituts de recherche et des parcs technologiques qu'on surnomme des "gilets bleus", en raison de leur tenue, qui contribuent à transformer les résultats de la recherche en applications concrètes.

Leur travail témoigne d'un effort plus large visant à renforcer le lien entre la recherche et l'industrie à Beijing et au-delà.
