1. Various of people, damaged buildings, damaged car
2. SOUNDBITE (Farsi) Ghodratollah Mohammadi, fire chief, Tehran Fire Department and Safety Services:
"This was a residential house that was hit. It is not a military center and is entirely residential. And a large number of civilians were trapped under the rubble. Due to the difficulty in accessing some of the building's floors, they are now working with heavy machinery to clear the debris. God willing, we will be able to retrieve the bodies of these dear ones from under the rubble as well. The bodies are trapped between two half-floors -- that is, two floors of the building have collapsed -- and the bodies are stuck between the two levels."
3. Various of rescue operation in progress
4. SOUNDBITE (Farsi) local resident (name not given):
"At first, we thought they had hit the police station. After the road was cleared, we came here. They said they had hit the hosseiniyeh of Mr. Dabir, but when we came, we saw that the hosseiniyeh was intact. To those who say they're defending civilians -- listen, you have hit civilians."
5. SOUNDBITE (Farsi) local resident (name not given):
"This is not a military building. Civilians were inside, and they were going about their lives when they were killed. This is not a police station. There is no military building nearby either."

U.S. and Israeli missile strikes on a residential building in Shahr-e Rey, south of Tehran, on Friday have killed at least 10 people overnight.

The head of Tehran's Firefighting Department confirmed that the target was a residential building.

The bodies are trapped between two half-floors -- that is, two floors of the building have collapsed -- and the bodies are stuck between the two levels," said Ghodratollah Mohammadi, fire chief of Tehran Fire Department and Safety Services.

The target was entirely a civilian resident, said Pir Hossein Kolivand, president of the Iranian Red Crescent Society.

Local residents expressed shock and grief over the strike in a civilian neighborhood.

"At first, we thought they had hit the police station. After the road was cleared, we came here. They said they had hit the hosseiniyeh of Mr. Dabir, but when we came, we saw that the hosseiniyeh was intact. To those who say they're defending civilians -- listen, you have hit civilians," said a local resident.

"This is not a military building. Civilians were inside, and they were going about their lives when they were killed. This is not a police station. There is no military building nearby either," said another resident.
