Demonstrators took to the street in downtown Los Angeles on Saturday to voice opposition against the United States' military operations on Venezuela and Iran.

Many voiced their concerns over the military strikes, calling for an immediate stop of the actions.

"There's so many wars and we don't want our kids to fight for something that we don't believe in," said a protester named Norman.

"I can't stand what's being done to the country. I can't stand the way he's representing us to the world and the people he's damaging. Enough. We are going to stop it," another protester identified himself as Harry said.

Millions of Americans took to the streets Saturday in the third wave of "No Kings" rallies across the United States, protesting policies of the U.S. administration, ranging from military action in Iran to controversial immigration enforcement.

Over 3,100 demonstrations were planned nationwide and staged in major U.S. cities such as Washington D.C., New York, Boston, Los Angeles and San Francisco. U.S. media reports projected the protests involved some 900,000 people, making it the largest single-day protest event on record.

Des manifestants se sont rassemblés samedi dans le centre-ville de Los Angeles pour exprimer leur opposition aux opérations militaires américaines contre le Venezuela et l'Iran.

Ciudadanos estadounidenses tomaron las calles en el centro de Los Ángeles el sábado para protestar contra las recientes operaciones militares de la Administración de Donald Trump contra Venezuela e Irán.

Durante la manifestación, muchos expresaron su preocupación por los ataques militares por parte de Washington y exigieron el cese inmediato de los conflictos.

"Hay muchas guerras y no queremos que nuestros hijos luchen por algo en lo que no creemos", comentó una manifestante.

"No soporto lo que le están haciendo al país. No soporto la forma en que nos representa ante el mundo y el daño que está causando a la gente. ¡Basta! ¡Vamos a detenerlo!", expresó otro.

La manifestación en Los Ángeles se produjo en el momento en que la guerra iniciada por Estados Unidos e Israel contra Irán cumple un mes y sigue escalando, causando impacto no solo en Oriente Medio sino también en las economías de todo el mundo.
