Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei said on Thursday that the Iranian people have achieved a "decisive victory" in the war against the United States and Israel, and that Iran will move the management of the Strait of Hormuz into a new phase.

Khamenei made the remarks in a message carried by the Iranian media on the 40th day after the death of former Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, who was killed in U.S.-Israeli strikes at the start of the conflict.

"We have not sought and do not seek war, but we will not give up on our legitimate rights, and to this end, we consider the entire resistance front as a unified whole," he said.

The supreme leader urged Iran's southern neighbors to "stand in the right place," saying that "We are still waiting for an appropriate response from you to show you our brotherhood and goodwill."

He termed the assassination of his predecessor as one of the "biggest crimes" by Iran's "enemies" and one of the most "severe public sorrows" in Iran's history.

Iran's people will demand compensation for every damage in the country caused by the attacks of the "aggressors," he said.

Meanwhile, Iran's Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf issued a statement regarding the regional situation on Thursday evening, saying that only when the United States no longer violates the ceasefire agreement, will Iran consider negotiations. Otherwise, the conflict will resume, and the Iranian people and the military are prepared for that, he said.

In the statement, Qalibaf emphasized that Iran has achieved an undeniable victory in the war and has elevated the country's position in the regional and global order.

However, this victory is only the first step, and Iran firmly believes that military and diplomatic means cannot be separated and will continue to defend the rights of the Iranian people, striving for ultimate victory through the combination of military and diplomatic struggles, he said.

On Feb. 28, Israel and the United States launched joint military strikes against Tehran and several other Iranian cities, killing Iran's then supreme leader, along with senior military commanders and civilians.

Iran responded with waves of missile and drone strikes targeting Israel and U.S. assets in the Middle East, and tightened control over the Strait of Hormuz.

A two-week ceasefire reached between Washington and Tehran took effect on Wednesday, with peace talks between the two sides scheduled to begin later this week in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Mojtaba Khamenei, son of Ali Khamenei, was selected as Iran's new supreme leader on March 8.

Le guide suprême iranien, Mojtaba Khamenei, a déclaré jeudi que le peuple iranien avait remporté une "victoire décisive" dans la guerre contre les États-Unis et Israël, et que l’Iran allait entrer dans une nouvelle phase concernant la gestion du détroit d’Ormuz.

M. Khamenei a fait ces remarques dans un message diffusé par les médias iraniens au quarantième jour de la mort de l’ancien guide suprême, Ali Khamenei, tué lors de frappes américano-israéliennes au début du conflit.

"Nous n’avons pas cherché la guerre et ne la cherchons pas, mais nous ne renoncerons pas à nos droits légitimes et nous considérons à cette fin l’ensemble du front de la résistance comme un tout unifié", a-t-il déclaré.

Le guide suprême a exhorté les voisins méridionaux de l’Iran à "se tenir à la bonne place", affirmant que "nous attendons toujours une réponse appropriée de votre part pour vous montrer notre fraternité et notre bonne volonté".

Il a qualifié l’assassinat de son prédécesseur de l’un des "plus grands crimes" commis par les "ennemis" de l’Iran et de l’un des "deuils publics les plus sévères" de l’histoire du pays.

Le peuple iranien exigera une réparation pour tous les dommages causés au pays par les attaques des "agresseurs", a-t-il ajouté.

Par ailleurs, le président du Parlement iranien, Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, a publié jeudi soir une déclaration sur la situation régionale, affirmant que ce n’est que lorsque les États-Unis cesseront de violer l’accord de cessez-le-feu que l’Iran envisagera des négociations. Dans le cas contraire, le conflit reprendra et le peuple iranien ainsi que l’armée seront prêts à y faire face, a-t-il dit.

Dans cette déclaration, M. Qalibaf a souligné que l’Iran avait remporté une victoire indéniable dans la guerre et avait rehaussé la position du pays dans l’ordre régional et mondial.

Cependant, cette victoire n’est que la première étape et l’Iran est fermement convaincu que les moyens militaires et diplomatiques ne peuvent être séparés ; il continuera de défendre les droits du peuple iranien, en s’efforçant d’obtenir la victoire ultime par la combinaison des luttes militaire et diplomatique, a-t-il poursuivi.

Le 28 février, Israël et les États-Unis ont lancé des frappes militaires conjointes contre Téhéran et plusieurs autres villes iraniennes, tuant le guide suprême iranien d'alors ainsi que des commandants militaires de haut rang et des civils.

L’Iran a répondu par des vagues de frappes de missiles et de drones visant Israël et les actifs américains au Moyen-Orient, et a renforcé son contrôle sur le détroit d’Ormuz.

Un cessez-le-feu de deux semaines, conclu entre les États-Unis et l’Iran, est entré en vigueur mercredi, des pourparlers de paix entre les deux parties devant débuter plus tard cette semaine à Islamabad, au Pakistan.

قال المرشد الأعلى الإيراني مجتبى خامنئي، يوم الخميس/ 9 أبريل الجاري، إن الشعب الإيراني حقق "نصراً حاسماً" في الحرب ضد الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل، وإن إيران ستنقل إدارة مضيق هرمز إلى مرحلة جديدة.

أدلى خامنئي بهذه التصريحات في رسالة نشرها الإعلام الإيراني في اليوم الأربعين بعد وفاة المرشد الأعلى السابق علي خامنئي، الذي قُتل في غارات أمريكية إسرائيلية في بداية الصراع.

وقال "لم نسعَ ولن نسعَ إلى الحرب، لكننا لن نتخلى عن حقوقنا المشروعة، ولهذا الغرض، نعتبر جبهة المقاومة بأكملها وحدة متكاملة".

وحث المرشد الأعلى جيران إيران الجنوبيين على "الوقوف في المكان الصحيح"، قائلاً إنه "ما زلنا ننتظر رداً مناسباً منكم لنظهر لكم أُخُوتنا وحسن نيتنا".

وجرى اختيار مجتبى خامنئي، نجل علي خامنئي، ليكون المرشد الأعلى الجديد لإيران في 8 مارس، حيث وصف اغتيال سلفه بأنه أحد "أكبر الجرائم" التي ارتكبها "أعداء" إيران، وأحد "أشد الأحزان العامة" في تاريخ إيران.

وقال إن الشعب الإيراني سيطالب بتعويضات عن كل الأضرار التي لحقت بالبلاد جرّاء هجمات "المعتدين".

في غضون ذلك، أصدر رئيس البرلمان الإيراني، محمد باقر قاليباف، بيانًا بشأن الوضع الإقليمي مساء الخميس، قال فيه إن إيران لن تنظر في المفاوضات إلا بعد أن تتوقف الولايات المتحدة عن انتهاك اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار. وإلا سيعود الصراع، والشعب الإيراني وجيشه على أهبة الاستعداد لذلك، على حد قوله.

وأكد قاليباف في البيان أن إيران حققت نصراً لا يمكن إنكاره في الحرب، ورفعت من مكانة البلاد في النظام الإقليمي والعالمي.

وقال إن هذا النصر ليس سوى الخطوة الأولى، وإن إيران تؤمن إيماناً راسخاً بأنه لا يمكن فصل الوسائل العسكرية والدبلوماسية، وستواصل الدفاع عن حقوق الشعب الإيراني، ساعية إلى تحقيق النصر النهائي من خلال الجمع بين النضال العسكري والدبلوماسي.

في 28 فبراير، شنت إسرائيل والولايات المتحدة ضربات عسكرية مشتركة على طهران وعدة مدن إيرانية أخرى، مما أسفر عن مقتل المرشد الأعلى الإيراني آنذاك، إلى جانب كبار القادة العسكريين والمدنيين.

وردت إيران بموجات من الضربات الصاروخية والطائرات المسيرة التي استهدفت إسرائيل والأصول الأمريكية في الشرق الأوسط، كما شددت سيطرتها على مضيق هرمز.

وقد دخل اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، الذي تم التوصل إليه بين واشنطن وطهران لمدة أسبوعين، حيز التنفيذ يوم الأربعاء، ومن المقرر أن تبدأ محادثات السلام بين الجانبين في وقت لاحق من هذا الأسبوع في العاصمة الباكستانية إسلام آباد.
