The 24th Pyongyang Spring International Trade Fair, which opened on Monday in the capital of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), has attracted the participation of more than 290 firms from home and abroad.

Themed on common development and prosperity, the fair, running from Monday to Friday, are showcasing a wide range of domestic and foreign products.

Foreign companies participating in the fair include those from China, Russia, among others.

With more than 290 booths displaying over 1,700 products such as electronics, machinery, and metals, the exhibition has drawn numerous visitors who came to explore and shop. Throughout the event, company briefings and product seminars focused on economic exchanges and cooperation will be conducted as well.

The Pyongyang International Trade Fair, the largest comprehensive international trade exhibition in the DPRK, takes place twice a year — once in the spring and once in the autumn.

　朝鮮の首都平壌で4日、第24回平壌春季国際商品見本市が開幕した。

　今回のテーマは「共同の発展と繁栄のために」。会期は8日までの5日間。

　今回の見本市には、中国やロシアなどの国や地域から290社以上の企業が出展。電子機器や機械、金属製品など1700点以上の製品が290以上のブースで展示されている。

　会場では、大勢の来場者が展示ブースを見て回り、気に入った商品を手に取る姿が見られている。

　会期中、経済交流や協力に関する企業説明会や製品セミナーも行われる。

　平壌国際商品見本市は、朝鮮で最大規模の総合国際貿易展示会であり、毎年春と秋の年2回開催されている。
