French rider Valentin Debise of Chinese motorcycle manufacturer ZXMOTO completed a Czech Round double in the WorldSSP class of the 2026 FIM Superbike World Championship on Sunday, taking his second victory in as many days and his fifth win of the season after a thrilling last‑lap duel.

With the result, Debise moved up to second in the riders' standings on 147 points, overtaking Spanish rider Jaume Masia. ZXMOTO remained third in the manufacturers' standings on 149 points.

Unlike Saturday's first race, in which Debise led for long spells, Sunday's Race 2 developed into a tense battle with Turkish Yamaha rider Can Oncu. The pair exchanged the lead repeatedly before Debise launched a decisive move in the latter part of the final lap to cross the line first.

Debise expressed his gratitude to Chinese fans for their support, saying he was delighted to see so many Chinese spectators at the track and hoped more people would follow, participate in and enjoy the sport.

ZXMOTO, a relatively obscure Chinese brand founded in 2024 in Chongqing by Zhang Xue, stunned the industry in March by winning the Portuguese round of the WorldSSP category. The victory quickly went viral on Chinese social media, highlighting the rapid progress of made‑in‑China motorcycles in the global value chain.

"What makes this victory especially meaningful is that our total points will increase significantly. We can now look forward to the season championship. We did it!" Zhang Xue said after watching Sunday's race on television.
