As a comprehensive strategic partner, China has always supported Iran's reasonable and legitimate claims and its efforts in safeguarding its own sovereignty and security, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said Wednesday.

Wang, also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, made the remarks in a phone conversation with Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi.

Araghchi briefed on the situation of the first-phase memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Iran and the United States, and sincerely thanked China for its active role in promoting negotiations and reaching an agreement.

Araghchi said that the MoU should be effectively implemented, including Israel's cessation of military operations against Lebanon.

Iran has always viewed its relations with China from a strategic perspective and looks forward to enhancing mutual trust with China, deepening cooperation in various fields, and jointly promoting the two countries' comprehensive strategic partnership, Araghchi added.

Wang said China welcomes the signing of the first-phase MoU between Iran and the United States. Facts have proved that force and power cannot solve problems, and dialogue and negotiation are the correct choices, he added.

China has supported the mediation efforts of Pakistan and the international community, and has been promoting ceasefire and peace in its own way, he said.

The dawn of peace has emerged, Wang said, noting that the key to the next step is for all parties to truly implement their commitments and eliminate various distractions.

Wang said the issue of navigation through the Strait of Hormuz should be properly addressed and the common concerns of the international community should be appropriately responded to.

China supports Iran in improving relations with regional countries and exploring the joint building of a regional security framework, he said.

Wang said China is ready to strengthen communication and coordination with Iran, and while consolidating and deepening China-Iran relations, will continue to contribute to maintaining and promoting regional peace and stability.

En tant que partenaire stratégique global de l'Iran, la Chine a toujours soutenu ses revendications raisonnables et légitimes ainsi que ses efforts pour préserver sa souveraineté et sa sécurité, a déclaré mercredi le ministre chinois des Affaires étrangères, Wang Yi.

M. Wang, qui est également membre du Bureau politique du Comité central du Parti communiste chinois, a tenu ces propos lors d'un entretien téléphonique avec son homologue iranien Abbas Araghchi.

M. Araghchi lui a exposé l'état d'avancement du protocole d'accord de première phase entre l'Iran et les États-Unis, et a sincèrement remercié la Chine pour son rôle actif dans la promotion des négociations et la conclusion de cet accord.

Il a souligné la nécessité d'une mise en œuvre effective du protocole, avec notamment la cessation des opérations militaires israéliennes contre le Liban.

L'Iran a toujours envisagé ses relations avec la Chine sous un angle stratégique, et aspire à renforcer leur confiance mutuelle, à approfondir leur coopération dans divers domaines et à promouvoir conjointement le partenariat stratégique global des deux pays, a ajouté M. Araghchi.

M. Wang a déclaré que la Chine se félicitait de la signature de ce protocole d'accord de première phase entre l'Iran et les États-Unis. Les faits ont démontré que la force et la puissance ne pouvaient résoudre aucun problème, et que le dialogue et la négociation étaient les bons choix, a-t-il ajouté.

La Chine a toujours soutenu les efforts de médiation du Pakistan et de la communauté internationale et œuvré à sa manière pour le cessez-le-feu et la paix, a-t-il affirmé.

L'aube de la paix s'est levée, a déclaré M. Wang, soulignant que la clé de la prochaine étape résidait dans la mise en œuvre effective des engagements de toutes les parties et l'élimination des obstacles à leur application.

قال وزير الخارجية الصيني وانغ يي يوم الأربعاء/17 يونيو إن الصين، باعتبارها شريكة استراتيجية شاملة، لطالما دعمت مطالب إيران المعقولة والمشروعة وجهودها في حماية سيادتها وأمنها.

وأضاف أن فجر السلام قد لاح في الأفق، مشيرا إلى أن مفتاح الخطوة التالية يتمثل في أن تنفذ جميع الأطراف التزاماتها بصدق، وأن تزيل مختلف عوامل التشويش.

وتابع قائلا إن قضية الملاحة عبر مضيق هرمز ينبغي معالجتها على نحو ملائم وينبغي الاستجابة بشكل مناسب للشواغل المشتركة للمجتمع الدولي.

وأضاف أن الصين تدعم إيران في تحسين علاقاتها مع دول المنطقة، واستكشاف سبل بناء إطار أمني إقليمي بشكل مشترك.

وأكد أن الصين مستعدة لتعزيز التواصل والتنسيق مع إيران، وفي الوقت الذي تعمل فيه على ترسيخ العلاقات الصينية-الإيرانية وتعميقها، فإنها ستواصل الإسهام في الحفاظ على السلام والاستقرار الإقليميين ودفعهما قدما.

Китай, как всеобъемлющий стратегический партнер, неизменно поддерживает разумные и справедливые требования Ирана, а также его усилия по защите собственного суверенитета и безопасности. Об этом 17 июня заявил министр иностранных дел КНР Ван И.

Ван И, являющийся также членом Политбюро ЦК КПК, сделал соответствующее заявление в ходе телефонного разговора с министром иностранных дел Ирана Аббасом Арагчи.

Аббас Арагчи проинформировал китайскую сторону о ситуации вокруг первого этапа меморандума о взаимопонимании между Ираном и США, и искренне поблагодарил КНР за активную роль в содействии переговорам и достижении соглашения.

По его словам, этот меморандум должен быть реализован на деле, в том числе в части, касающейся прекращения Израилем военных операций против Ливана.

Глава МИД Ирана добавил, что страна неизменно рассматривает отношения с Китаем со стратегической высоты и рассчитывает на укрепление взаимного доверия, углубление сотрудничества в различных сферах и совместное продвижение отношений всеобъемлющего стратегического партнерства между двумя странами.

Ван И со своей стороны заявил, что Китай приветствует подписание первого этапа меморандума о взаимопонимании между Ираном и Соединенными Штатами. По его словам, факты доказали, что сила и диктат не решают проблем, тогда как диалог и переговоры являются правильным выбором.

Глава китайского внешнеполитического ведомства подчеркнул, что Китай поддерживает посреднические усилия Пакистана и международного сообщества, а также постоянно прилагает усилия для прекращения огня и продвижения мира собственным способом.

"Появились первые лучи мира", – констатировал Ван И, отметив, что следующий ключевой шаг заключается в том, чтобы все стороны на деле выполнили взятые на себя обязательства и устранили помехи, исходящие с разных сторон.

Как указал китайский дипломат, вопрос судоходства через Ормузский пролив должен быть урегулирован надлежащим образом, а общие озабоченности международного сообщества – надежно учтены.

Китай поддерживает Иран в улучшении отношений со странами региона и в изучении возможностей совместного формирования архитектуры региональной безопасности, заявил глава МИД КНР.

Araghchi hizo hincapié que el memorándum debe implementarse efectivamente, incluyendo el cese de las operaciones militares israelíes contra Líbano.

Irán siempre ha considerado sus relaciones con China desde una perspectiva estratégica, y espera ampliar la confianza mutua con China, profundizar la cooperación en varios ámbitos, y promover conjuntamente la asociación estratégica integral de los dos países, añadió Araghchi.

Wang señaló que China acoge con beneplácito la firma del memorándum de entendimiento de primera fase entre Irán y Estados Unidos. Los hechos han demostrado que la fuerza y el poder no pueden resolver los problemas, y que el diálogo y la negociación son las elecciones correctas, agregó.

　王毅中共中央政治局委員・外交部長は17日、イランのアラグチ外相と電話会談を行った。全面的な戦略パートナーとして、中国は常にイランの合理的かつ正当な主張、自国の主権と安全を守るための取り組みを支持すると述べた。

　アラグチ外相は、イランと米国の間の覚書の第1段階合意について説明し、交渉の促進と合意の成立に向けて中国が果たした積極的な役割に対し、心から感謝の意を表した。

　そして、イスラエルによるレバノンへの軍事作戦の停止を含め、この覚書が効果的に実施されるべきだと強調した。

　イランは常に中国との関係を戦略的な高さから捉えており、中国との相互信頼を増進させ、各分野での協力を深め、両国の全面的な戦略パートナーシップを共同で推進していくことを期待していると付け加えた。

　これを受け、王外交部長は、中国はイランと米国の覚書の署名を歓迎すると述べた。事実が証明しているように、武力や強権では問題は解決できず、対話と交渉こそが正しい道だと指摘。

　中国はパキスタンや国際社会による仲介努力を支持し、独自の方法で戦闘終結と和平推進に取り組んできたと述べた。

　ホルムズ海峡の航行問題については、適切に対処すべきであり、国際社会の共通の懸念にも適切に応えるべきだと訴えた。

　中国は、イランが地域諸国との関係を改善し、地域安全保障の枠組みの共同構築を模索することを支持すると述べた。

　さらに、中国はイランとの意思疎通と連携を強化する用意があり、二国間関係を深めるとともに、地域の平和と安定の維持・促進に引き続き寄与していたいと示唆した。

Als umfassender strategischer Partner hat China Irans berechtigte und legitime Ansprüche sowie seine Bemühungen zum Schutz von Souveränität und Sicherheit stets unterstützt. Dies hat der chinesische Außenminister Wang Yi am Mittwoch in einem Telefonat mit dem iranischen Außenminister Seyed Abbas Araghtschi erklärt.

Wang begrüßte zudem die bevorstehende Unterzeichnung des Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) der ersten Phase zwischen dem Iran und den Vereinigten Staaten. „Die Morgendämmerung des Friedens ist angebrochen“, sagte er. Entscheidend für die nächsten Schritte sei nun, dass alle Seiten ihre Verpflichtungen tatsächlich einhielten und störende Einflüsse beseitigten.

Zur Schifffahrt durch die Straße von Hormus erklärte Wang, diese müsse angemessen geregelt und die gemeinsamen Anliegen der internationalen Gemeinschaft entsprechend berücksichtigt werden. China unterstütze den Iran zudem dabei, die Beziehungen zu den regionalen Ländern zu verbessern und die gemeinsame Einrichtung eines regionalen Sicherheitsrahmens zu erkunden.

Wang bekräftigte schließlich die Bereitschaft Chinas, die Kommunikation und Koordination mit dem Iran zu intensivieren. Während die bilateralen Beziehungen weiter gefestigt und vertieft würden, werde China weiterhin seinen Beitrag zur Wahrung und Förderung von Frieden und Stabilität in der Region leisten.

Araghtschi wiederum betonte, er betrachte die Beziehungen zu China stets aus strategischer Perspektive und sei bestrebt, das gegenseitige Vertrauen zu vertiefen, die Zusammenarbeit in verschiedenen Bereichen auszubauen und die umfassende strategische Partnerschaft beider Länder gemeinsam voranzubringen.*
