The upcoming U.S.-Iran talks in Switzerland will focus on Iran's nuclear program and the Lebanon-Israel situation, with the United States seeking UN access to Iranian nuclear sites in exchange for allowing Iran to access some frozen funds, U.S. media reported.

Axios cited two regional sources saying that the U.S. side hopes the first round of negotiations will lead to Iran allowing UN inspectors to visit nuclear facilities that were targeted by U.S. and Israeli strikes. In return, the United States would permit Iran to use part of its frozen assets to purchase humanitarian goods.

Meanwhile, CBS News reported that an emergency session on a ceasefire between Hezbollah and Israel has been added to the agenda for the first round of talks, citing a diplomat involved in the negotiations.

The Iranian delegation arrived in Switzerland late Saturday for the talks at the Burgenstock resort, according to the Swiss foreign ministry. The negotiations are part of the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the United States and Iran. Initial talks on the implementation of the interim peace deal had been scheduled for Friday but were postponed.

The discussions come amid ongoing hostilities in Lebanon, where a ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah remained fragile.

Les prochaines négociations entre les États-Unis et l'Iran en Suisse porteront sur le programme nucléaire iranien et la situation au Liban, alors que les États-Unis cherchent à obtenir l’autorisation d’accéder aux sites nucléaires iraniens pour l’ONU en échange de l'autorisation pour l'Iran d'accéder à une partie de ses fonds gelés, selon des médias américains.

D'après deux sources régionales, citées par Axios, les États-Unis espèrent que le premier cycle de négociations aboutirait à l'autorisation par l'Iran des inspecteurs de l'ONU à visiter des installations nucléaires qui avaient été ciblées par des frappes américaines et israéliennes. En retour, les États-Unis permettraient à l'Iran d'utiliser une partie de ses avoirs gelés pour acheter des produits humanitaires.

Par ailleurs, citant un diplomate proche des pourparlers, CBS News a rapporté qu'une session d'urgence sur le cessez-le-feu entre le Hezbollah et Israël avait été ajoutée à l'ordre du jour pour le premier cycle de négociations.

La délégation iranienne est arrivée en Suisse tard samedi pour les négociations dans le complexe de Burgenstock, selon le Département fédéral suisse des affaires étrangères (DFAE).

ستركز المحادثات الأمريكية الإيرانية المقبلة في سويسرا على البرنامج النووي الإيراني والوضع بين لبنان وإسرائيل، حيث تسعى الولايات المتحدة إلى السماح للأمم المتحدة بالوصول الى المواقع النووية الإيرانية مقابل السماح لإيران بالوصول إلى بعض الأموال المجمدة، وفقًا لما ذكرته وسائل إعلام أمريكية مؤخرا.

ونقل موقع "أكسيوس" عن مصدرين إقليميين قولهما إن الجانب الأمريكي يأمل أن تُفضي الجولة الأولى من المحادثات إلى سماح إيران لمفتشي الأمم المتحدة بزيارة المنشآت النووية التي استُهدفت بضربات أمريكية وإسرائيلية. وفي المقابل، ستسمح الولايات المتحدة لإيران باستخدام جزء من أصولها المجمدة لشراء سلع إنسانية.

وفي غضون ذلك، أفادت شبكة "سي بي إس نيوز"، نقلاً عن دبلوماسي مشارك في المحادثات، بإضافة جلسة طارئة بشأن وقف إطلاق النار بين حزب الله وإسرائيل إلى جدول أعمال الجولة الأولى من المحادثات.

ووصل الوفد الإيراني إلى سويسرا في وقت متأخر من مساء السبت/ 20 يونيو الجاري لحضور المحادثات في منتجع بورغنستوك، بحسب وزارة الخارجية السويسرية.

وتأتي هذه المحادثات في إطار تنفيذ مذكرة التفاهم الموقعة بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران. وكان من المقرر عقد المحادثات الأولية بشأن تنفيذ اتفاق السلام المؤقت يوم الجمعة، لكنها أُجلت.

تأتي هذه المناقشات وسط أعمال عدائية مستمرة في لبنان، حيث ظل وقف إطلاق النار بين إسرائيل وحزب الله هشاً.

По сообщениям американских СМИ, предстоящие переговоры между США и Ираном в Швейцарии будут посвящены иранской ядерной программе и ливанско-израильскому конфликту. США намерены добиться доступа инспекторов ООН к иранским ядерным объектам в обмен на разрешение Ирану использовать часть замороженных средств.

Портал Axios со ссылкой на два региональных источника сообщает, что американская сторона рассчитывает на допуск Ираном инспекторов ООН на ядерные объекты, ранее подвергшиеся ударам со стороны США и Израиля. Взамен США позволят Ирану использовать часть замороженных активов для закупки гуманитарных товаров.

Тем временем телеканал CBS News со ссылкой на дипломата, участвующего в переговорах, сообщил, что в повестку первого раунда переговоров включено экстренное заседание по вопросу о прекращении огня между "Хезболлой" и Израилем.

По данным Министерства иностранных дел Швейцарии, иранская делегация прибыла в Швейцарию поздно вечером в субботу для участия в переговорах на курорте Бюргеншток. Изначально консультации по выполнению промежуточного мирного соглашения были запланированы на пятницу, но были отложены.

Las próximas conversaciones entre Estados Unidos e Irán, que se celebrarán en Suiza, se centrarán en el programa nuclear iraní y un alto el fuego entre Líbano e Israel, informaron el sábado medios estadounidenses.

Según Axios, que cita a dos fuentes regionales, Estados Unidos espera que la primera ronda de negociaciones resulte en el permiso de Irán para que los inspectores de la ONU puedan ingresar a sus instalaciones nucleares afectadas por bombardeos previos de Estados Unidos e Israe. A cambio, Washington permitiría a Teherán utilizar parte de sus activos congelados para adquirir bienes de carácter humanitario.

Por su parte, CBS News informó, citando a un diplomático implicado en las negociaciones, que se ha añadido a la agenda de la primera ronda una sesión de emergencia sobre un alto el fuego entre Hezbolá e Israel.

La delegación iraní llegó a Suiza el sábado por la noche para las conversaciones en el complejo turístico de Burgenstock, según confirmó el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Suiza. Las negociaciones forman parte de la implementación del memorando de entendimiento firmado entre Estados Unidos e Irán. Las conversaciones iniciales sobre la implementación del acuerdo de paz provisional estaban previstas para el viernes, pero fueron aplazadas.

Los debates se producen en medio de las hostilidades en curso en Líbano, donde el alto el fuego entre Israel y Hezbolá sigue siendo frágil.
