The Strait of Hormuz will be administered by Iran, the chief negotiator of the Iranian delegation Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf told media on his way back from Switzerland on Monday.

The management of the Strait of Hormuz will never return to its pre-war state, Ghalibaf stressed.

He also said that Iran and the United States have agreed to establish a center and communication line to swiftly address emergent issues. He clarified that this communication line is solely for managing emergencies involving vessels and does not pertain to transit permit approvals, which will continue to follow established procedures.

The Financial Times website reported on Monday that satellite data from the European Space Agency showed that on Sunday afternoon, about 441 vessels of very large crude carriers were gathered in the waters near Oman's Port of Sohar and the UAE's Port of Fujairah, awaiting the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz following U.S.-Iran negotiations. This number was significantly higher than usual, though it represented a decrease of 42 vessels from five days ago.

Following the announcement of a memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States, some shipping companies resumed operations amid reduced tensions. However, the situation escalated again after Israel's attacks on Lebanon, leading Iran to announce the renewed closure of the Strait. On Monday morning, four Qatari liquefied natural gas carriers navigated through the Strait of Hormuz, marking the highest single-day passage since the onset of the U.S.-Israel-Iran conflict in late February.

Le détroit d'Ormuz sera géré par l'Iran, a déclaré lundi aux médias le président du Parlement, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, négociateur en chef de la délégation iranienne, à son retour de Suisse.

La gestion du détroit d’Ormuz ne reviendra jamais à la situation d’avant-guerre, a souligné M. Ghalibaf.

Il a également indiqué que l’Iran et les États-Unis avaient convenu de mettre en place un centre et une ligne de communication afin de traiter rapidement les problèmes urgents. Il a précisé que cette ligne de communication était exclusivement destinée à la gestion des situations d’urgence impliquant des navires et ne concernait pas l’octroi des autorisations de transit, qui continuera de suivre les procédures établies.

Le Financial Times a rapporté lundi que des données satellitaires de l’Agence spatiale européenne montraient que, dimanche après-midi, environ 441 superpétroliers étaient rassemblés dans les eaux proches du port d’Oman de Sohar et du port des Émirats arabes unis de Fujaïrah, dans l’attente de la réouverture du détroit d’Ormuz à la suite des négociations entre les États-Unis et l’Iran. Ce chiffre était nettement supérieur à la normale, même s’il représentait une baisse de 42 navires par rapport à il y a cinq jours.

À la suite de l’annonce d’un protocole d’accord entre l’Iran et les États-Unis, certaines compagnies maritimes avaient repris leurs activités dans un contexte d’apaisement des tensions. Cependant, la situation s’est à nouveau envenimée après les attaques israéliennes contre le Liban, ce qui a conduit l’Iran à annoncer la fermeture renouvelée du détroit. Lundi matin, quatre méthaniers qataris ont traversé le détroit d’Ormuz, ce qui représente le plus grand nombre de passages en une seule journée depuis le début du conflit entre les États-Unis, Israël et l’Iran fin février.

صرح رئيس البرلمان الإيراني وكبير المفاوضين الإيرانيين محمد باقر قاليباف، لوسائل الإعلام في طريق عودته من سويسرا يوم الاثنين/ 22 يونيو الجاري، بأن مضيق هرمز سيخضع لإدارة إيران.

وشدد قاليباف على أنّ الأوضاع في مضيق هرمز لن تعود إلى ما كانت عليه قبل الحرب.

وقال إن إيران والولايات المتحدة اتفقتا على إنشاء مركز وخط اتصال لمعالجة القضايا الطارئة بسرعة. وأوضح أن خط الاتصال هذا مخصص حصراً لإدارة حالات الطوارئ المتعلقة بالسفن، ولا يشمل الموافقة على تصاريح العبور، التي ستستمر وفقاً للإجراءات المتبعة.

وذكر موقع صحيفة ((فايننشال تايمز)) البريطانية يوم الاثنين أن بيانات الأقمار الصناعية الصادرة عن وكالة الفضاء الأوروبية أظهرت أن نحو 441 سفينة من ناقلات النفط الخام العملاقة تجمعت بعد ظهر يوم الأحد في المياه القريبة من ميناء صحار العُماني وميناء الفجيرة الإماراتي، في انتظار إعادة فتح مضيق هرمز عقب المفاوضات الأمريكية الإيرانية. ويُعد هذا العدد أعلى بكثير من المعتاد، على الرغم من أنه يمثل انخفاضاً قدره 42 سفينة مقارنةً بالأيام الخمسة الماضية.

وعقب الإعلان عن مذكرة تفاهم بين إيران والولايات المتحدة، استأنفت بعض شركات الشحن عملياتها وسط انخفاض حدة التوتر. إلا أن الوضع تصاعد مجدداً بعد الهجمات الإسرائيلية على لبنان، ما دفع إيران إلى إعلان إغلاق مضيق هرمز مجدداً. وفي صباح الاثنين، عبرت أربع ناقلات غاز طبيعي مسال قطرية مضيق هرمز، مسجلةً بذلك أعلى معدل عبور يومي منذ اندلاع الحرب الأمريكية الإسرائيلية على إيران في أواخر فبراير.

Ормузский пролив будет находиться в ведении Ирана, заявил 22 июня журналистам спикер парламента Ирана Мохаммад-Багер Галибаф, который возглавляет иранскую делегацию на переговорах с США, подчеркнув, что управление Ормузским проливом никогда не вернется к довоенному состоянию.

Он также сообщил, что Иран и Соединенные Штаты договорились о создании координационного центра и линии связи для оперативного решения возникающих проблем.
