The U.S. military on Friday launched airstrikes on Iranian missile and drone storage locations and coastal radar installations, describing the operation as "a powerful response" to the alleged Iranian drone attack on a commercial vessel transiting the Strait of Hormuz a day earlier, according to the U.S. Central Command.

Iran's drone attack on commercial shipping in the strait "clearly violated the ceasefire" and "undermined freedom of navigation as commerce increasingly flows through the vital international trade corridor," the command said in a post on X.

The command vowed to "continue to provide safe passage coordination and support to commercial vessels transiting the strait" while remaining "present and vigilant" to ensure the newly signed U.S.-Iran peace deal is "obeyed, and in full force and effect."

This is the first U.S. strike against Iran after the two sides recently reached and signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU).

According to an Iranian military source, explosions were heard at the port of Sirik, a city in southern Iran, on Friday night.

Earlier on Friday, U.S. President Donald Trump said in a post on social media platform that Iran had launched at least four one-way attack drones at the cargo ship on Thursday.

One drone "solidly hit" the upper deck of the vessel, causing damage but allowing it to continue its voyage, Trump said, adding that three other drones were shot down by the U.S. forces.

Meanwhile, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said in a statement released in the early hours of Saturday that after Israel violated the ceasefire agreement in southern Lebanon, the United States once again broke its commitments.

Under various pretexts, the United States launched airstrikes on Iran's coastal areas over the passage of a non-compliant vessel through the unauthorized routes in the Strait of Hormuz, and in retaliation of this act of aggression, the IRGC Navy struck the U.S. military positions in the region, said the statement.

The statement further noted that, according to article five of the Iran-U.S. MoU, the management of passage through the Strait of Hormuz falls under Iran's responsibility, but the United States attempted to violated this commitment by instigating various parties, for which it has received the necessary responses.

L'armée américaine a lancé vendredi des frappes aériennes contre des sites de stockage de missiles et de drones iraniens ainsi que contre des installations radar côtières, qualifiant cette opération de "réponse puissante" à l'attaque présumée par un drone iranien contre un navire commercial transitant par le détroit d'Ormuz la veille, selon le Commandement central des États-Unis.

L'attaque iranienne par drone contre un navire marchand dans le détroit a "clairement violé le cessez-le-feu" et "porté atteinte à la liberté de navigation alors que les échanges commerciaux transitent de plus en plus par ce corridor commercial international vital", a déclaré le commandement dans un message publié sur X.

Le commandement s'est engagé à "continuer d'assurer la coordination et le soutien nécessaires au passage en toute sécurité des navires commerciaux transitant par le détroit", tout en restant "présent et vigilant" afin de garantir que l'accord de paix récemment signé entre les États-Unis et l'Iran soit "respecté, et pleinement en vigueur".

Il s'agit de la première frappe américaine contre l'Iran depuis que les deux parties ont récemment conclu et signé un protocole d'accord (MoU).

Par ailleurs, le Corps des gardiens de la révolution islamique (CGRI) d'Iran a déclaré dans un communiqué publié samedi à l’aube qu'après la violation par Israël de l'accord de cessez-le-feu dans le sud du Liban, les États-Unis avaient une nouvelle fois manqué à leurs engagements.

Sous divers prétextes, les États-Unis ont lancé des frappes aériennes sur les zones côtières iraniennes en raison du passage d'un navire non conforme sur des routes non autorisées dans le détroit d'Ormuz, et en représailles à cet acte d'agression, la marine du CGRI a frappé les positions militaires américaines dans la région, indique le communiqué.

Le communiqué souligne en outre que, conformément à l'article 5 du protocole d'accord entre l'Iran et les États-Unis, la gestion du passage dans le détroit d'Ormuz relève de la responsabilité de l'Iran, mais que les États-Unis ont tenté de violer cet engagement en incitant diverses parties à agir, ce qui leur a valu les réponses qui s'imposaient.

وقالت القيادة في منشور على ((X)) إن الهجوم الإيراني بالطائرات المسيرة على السفن التجارية في المضيق "انتهك بوضوح وقف إطلاق النار" و"قوض حرية الملاحة في الوقت الذي يتزايد فيه تدفق التجارة عبر هذا الممر التجاري الدولي الحيوي".

وتعهدت القيادة بـ"مواصلة تنسيق وتوفير المرور الآمن للسفن التجارية العابرة للمضيق" مع البقاء "حاضرة ويقظة" لضمان "الالتزام باتفاق السلام المبرم حديثًا بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران، وتطبيقه بالكامل".

وتعد هذه هي الضربة الأمريكية الأولى ضد إيران بعد أن توصل الطرفان مؤخرًا إلى مذكرة تفاهم.

ووفقاً لمصدر عسكري إيراني، سُمعت انفجارات في ميناء مدينة سيريك الواقعة في جنوب إيران ليلة الجمعة.

وفي وقت سابق من يوم الجمعة، قال الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب في منشور على إحدى منصات التواصل الاجتماعي إن "إيران أطلقت يوم الخميس ما لا يقل عن أربع طائرات مسيرة هجومية أحادية الاتجاه على سفينة الشحن".

وأضاف ترامب أن إحدى الطائرات المسيرة "أصابت بقوة" السطح العلوي للسفينة، مما تسبب في أضرار لكنها واصلت رحلتها، مشيرًا إلى أن القوات الأمريكية أسقطت الطائرات الثلاث الأخرى.

وفي الوقت نفسه، أعلن الحرس الثوري الإسلامي الإيراني في بيان صدر في الساعات الأولى من يوم السبت أن الولايات المتحدة قد أخلّت مرة أخرى بالتزاماتها، وذلك بعد أن انتهكت إسرائيل اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار في جنوب لبنان.

وأضاف البيان أن الولايات المتحدة شنت، تحت ذرائع مختلفة، غارات جوية على المناطق الساحلية الإيرانية "بسبب مرور سفينة مخالفة عبر مسارات غير مصرح بها في مضيق هرمز"، ورداً على هذا العمل العدواني، قصفت البحرية التابعة للحرس الثوري الإيراني بعض المواقع العسكرية الأمريكية في المنطقة.

وأشار البيان كذلك إلى أنه، وفقاً للمادة الخامسة من مذكرة التفاهم بين إيران والولايات المتحدة، تقع إدارة المرور عبر مضيق هرمز ضمن مسؤولية إيران، لكن الولايات المتحدة حاولت انتهاك هذا الالتزام من خلال تحريض أطراف مختلفة، وهو ما تلقى رداً مناسباً عليه.

По его словам, один из них попал по грузовому судну, нанеся ему повреждения, но не помешав продолжить плавание. Три других беспилотника были сбиты ВС США, добавил президент.

Недавно подписанный американо-иранский меморандум о взаимопонимании предусматривал открытие Ормузского пролива и обязывал Иран разрешить коммерческим судам бесплатный проход в течение 60 дней.

Согласно последним данным о судоходстве, после подписания меморандума грузопоток через пролив был частично восстановлен, хотя текущие объемы перевозок оставались значительно ниже довоенного уровня.

В свою очередь, Корпус стражей исламской революции Ирана рано утром в субботу сообщил, что военно-морские силы КСИР нанесли удары по американским военным позициям на Среднем Востоке в ответ на возобновление атак США.

В заявлении отмечается, что, согласно пятому пункту меморандума о взаимопонимании между Ираном и США, Иран будет управлять проходом через Ормузский пролив, но США попытались нарушить это обязательство, провоцируя различные стороны, в ответ на что получили необходимые ответные удары.

Der Drohnenangriff auf Handelsschiffe in der Meerenge habe „klar die Waffenruhe verletzt“ und „die Freiheit der Schifffahrt unterminiert, da der Handel zunehmend durch diesen wichtigen internationalen Handelskorridor fließe“, erklärte das US-Zentralkommando in einem Beitrag auf X.

Das Kommando gelobte, „weiterhin für die Koordination einer sicheren Durchfahrt zu sorgen und Handelsschiffe bei der Durchquerung der Meerenge zu unterstützen“ und dabei „präsent und wachsam“ zu bleiben, um sicherzustellen, dass das neue Friedensabkommen zwischen den USA und dem Iran „eingehalten werde und volle Gültigkeit besitze“.

Dies ist der erste US-Angriff gegen den Iran, nachdem beide Seiten jüngst eine Absichtserklärung (MoU) unterzeichnet haben.

Nach Angaben einer iranischen Militärquelle waren am Freitagabend Explosionen im Hafen der südiranischen Stadt Sirik zu hören.

Früher am Freitag hatte Präsident Donald Trump auf einer Social-Media-Plattform erklärt, dass der Iran am Donnerstag mindestens vier Einweg-Angriffsdrohnen auf das Frachtschiff geflogen habe.

Eine Drohne habe laut Trump das Oberdeck des Schiffes getroffen und Schäden verursacht, jedoch habe das Schiff seine Fahrt fortsetzen können. Drei weitere Drohnen seien von US-Streitkräften abgeschossen worden.

Unterdessen teilten die Islamischen Revolutionsgarden (IRGC) in einer am frühen Samstag veröffentlichten Erklärung mit, dass die Vereinigten Staaten nach einer Verletzung der Waffenruhe durch Israel im Süden des Libanon erneut ihre Verpflichtungen verletzt hätten.

„Unter verschiedenen Vorwänden haben die Vereinigten Staaten Luftangriffe auf iranische Küstengebiete über die Passage eines nicht konformen Schiffes auf unerlaubten Routen in der Straße von Hormus durchgeführt, und als Vergeltung für diesen Angriff hat die Marine der IRGC die US-Militärstellungen in der Region getroffen“, heiße es in der Erklärung.

In der Erklärung wurde weiter betont, dass gemäß Artikel 5 der MoU zwischen dem Iran und den USA die Verwaltung des Durchgangs durch die Straße von Hormus unter die Zuständigkeit des Iran falle. Die Vereinigten Staaten hätten dies jedoch mit der Anstiftung bestimmter Parteien missachtet, woraufhin sie die entsprechenden Gegenmaßnahmen erfahren hätten.
