Chinese Premier Li Qiang on Monday urged efforts to sustain steady economic growth in the second half of the year, while presiding over a symposium on economic situation.

Experts and entrepreneurs at the symposium agreed that against the backdrop of a volatile and tumultuous international situation, China's economy remained generally stable in the first half of the year, effectively responding to the uncertainties of the external environment with the certainty of its own development.

They also put forward suggestions on resolving the issues and problems in the economic operation.

After hearing speeches of the experts and entrepreneurs, Li, also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, stressed the need to have a comprehensive and objective understanding of the current economic situation, and realize that China's economy is now fully transitioning onto a high-quality development trajectory, featuring more solid internal support for a long-term positive outlook.

Doing a good job in economic work in the second half of the year is directly related to the achievement of the annual development goals and a good start to the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026-2030), Li said.

Li called for efforts to maintain strategic resolve to pursue high-quality development, strengthen efforts in counter-cyclical adjustments, unleash the potential of domestic demand through systematic implementation of measures, advance transition between old and new growth engines, and keep employment and enterprise operations stable.

Li encouraged entrepreneurs to consolidate confidence in development, explore opportunities for demand and industrial upgrading, and make more contributions to keeping employment stable and promoting development.

Li also expressed the hope that experts and scholars will strengthen forward-looking research and offer more constructive suggestions.

Le Premier ministre chinois Li Qiang a exhorté lundi à redoubler d'efforts pour maintenir une croissance économique soutenue au cours du second semestre, lors d'un symposium sur la conjoncture économique.

Experts et entrepreneurs ont estimé que, malgré un contexte international instable, l'économie chinoise est restée globalement stable au premier semestre, répondant aux incertitudes extérieures par la certitude de son propre développement. Ils ont également formulé des suggestions pour résoudre les difficultés rencontrées.

Après avoir entendu les interventions des experts et des entrepreneurs, M. Li, membre du Comité permanent du Bureau politique du Comité central du Parti communiste chinois, a souligné la nécessité d'une analyse globale et objective de la situation économique. L'économie chinoise est engagée dans une trajectoire de développement de haute qualité et bénéficie de perspectives favorables, a-t-il fait remarquer.

"Un travail économique de qualité au second semestre est essentiel pour atteindre les objectifs de développement annuels et assurer un bon démarrage du 15e plan quinquennal (2026-2030)", a déclaré Li.

Il a appelé à maintenir une orientation stratégique en faveur d’un développement de haute qualité, à redoubler d'efforts en matière d'ajustements anticycliques, à libérer le potentiel de la demande intérieure, à accélérer la transition entre les anciens et les nouveaux moteurs de croissance et à préserver la stabilité de l’emploi et des entreprises.

Li a encouragé les entrepreneurs à renforcer leur confiance, à saisir les opportunités liées à la demande et à la modernisation industrielle et à contribuer davantage à l’emploi et au développement.

Il a également exprimé l’espoir que les experts et les chercheurs approfondiront leurs études et formuleront des propositions plus constructives.

حثّ رئيس مجلس الدولة الصيني لي تشيانغ يوم الاثنين/ 13 يوليو على بذل الجهود للحفاظ على نمو اقتصادي مطرد خلال النصف الثاني من العام الجاري، وذلك أثناء ترؤسه ندوة حول الوضع الاقتصادي.

واتفق الخبراء ورواد الأعمال المشاركون في الندوة على أنه في ظل الوضع الدولي المتقلب والمضطرب، حافظ الاقتصاد الصيني على استقراره بشكل عام خلال النصف الأول من هذا العام، مستجيباً بفعالية لتقلبات البيئة الخارجية بثقة في مساره التنموي.

كما قدّموا مقترحات لحل التناقضات والمشاكل التي تواجه الأداء الاقتصادي.

بعد الاستماع إلى كلمات الخبراء ورواد الأعمال، شدّد لي على ضرورة الفهم الشامل والموضوعي للظروف الاقتصادية الحالية، وإدراك أن اقتصاد الصين ينتقل الآن بشكل كامل إلى مسار تنموي عالي الجودة، يتميز بدعم داخلي أكثر صلابة من أجل توقعات مستقبلية إيجابية طويلة الأجل.

وأشار لي إلى أن القيام بعمل جيد في العمل الاقتصادي في النصف الثاني من العام الجاري يرتبط ارتباطاً مباشراً بتحقيق أهداف التنمية السنوية والبداية الجيدة لفترة الخطة الخمسية الخامسة عشرة (2026-2030).

ودعا لي إلى بذل الجهود للحفاظ على العزم الاستراتيجي في السعي وراء التنمية عالية الجودة، وتعزيز الجهود المبذولة في التعديلات المضادة للدورات الاقتصادية، وإطلاق العنان لإمكانات الطلب المحلي من خلال التنفيذ المنهجي للتدابير، ودفع الانتقال بين محركات النمو القديمة والجديدة، والحفاظ على استقرار التوظيف وعمليات الشركات.

وحثّ لي رواد الأعمال على تعزيز ثقتهم بالتنمية، واستكشاف فرص الطلب والترقية الصناعية، وتقديم المزيد من المساهمات في الحفاظ على استقرار التوظيف ودعم التنمية.

كما أعرب لي عن أمله في أن يُعزز الخبراء والباحثون الدراسات المستقبلية وأن يقدّموا المزيد من المقترحات البنّاءة.
