China aims to achieve decisive progress in transport network development by 2030 by significantly improving modern integrated transportation system, an official with the Ministry of Transport said on Tuesday.

Speaking at a press conference in Beijing, Vice Minister of Transport Xu Chengguang said the ministry will prioritize the construction of major corridors between regions and across river basins during the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030) period, with an aim to complete the construction of 95 percent of the main framework of China's national comprehensive and multidimensional transportation network.

The country's main construction targets by 2030 include: increasing expressway lane mileage by 120,000 kilometers, adding 2,500 kilometers of national high-grade waterways, and building 15 new civil transport airports, Xu said.

According to Xu, China will also prioritize infrastructure renewal and digital-intelligent upgrades, with approximately 80,000 kilometers transport infrastructure expected to receive upgrades by 2030.

In addition, the ministry will place its emphasis on improving the integrated transportation system in modern metropolitan areas and accelerate the development of 20 international and 80 national comprehensive transport hub cities, he said.

La Chine ambitionne de réaliser des progrès décisifs dans la modernisation de son réseau de transport intégré d'ici à 2030, a déclaré mardi le vice-ministre des Transports, Xu Chengguang.

M. Xu a indiqué que son ministère donnerait la priorité, durant le 15e plan quinquennal (2026-2030), à la construction des grands axes interrégionaux et transbassins fluviaux, visant à achever 95 % du réseau national de transport multidimensionnel.

Les objectifs chiffrés incluent : l'extension du réseau autoroutier sur 120 000 kilomètres, l'aménagement de 2 500 kilomètres de voies navigables de haute qualité, et la construction de 15 nouveaux aéroports civils.

Par ailleurs, le ministère privilégiera la rénovation et la numérisation des infrastructures existantes, sur un linéaire total de 80 000 kilomètres d'ici à 2030.

L'accent sera également mis sur l'amélioration des systèmes de transport intégré dans les zones métropolitaines, avec le développement accéléré de 20 plates-formes de transport internationales et de 80 plates-formes nationales.

قال مسؤول في وزارة النقل الصينية يوم الثلاثاء/21 يوليو الجاري إن الصين تهدف إلى تحقيق تقدم ملموس في تطوير شبكة النقل بحلول عام 2030 من خلال تحسين نظام النقل المتكامل الحديث بشكل كبير.

وفي مؤتمر صحفي عقد في بكين، قال نائب وزير النقل شيوي تشنغ قوانغ إن الوزارة ستعطي الأولوية لبناء الممرات الرئيسية بين المناطق وعبر أحواض الأنهار خلال فترة الخطة الخمسية الـ15 (2026-2030)، بهدف إكمال بناء 95 بالمائة من الإطار الرئيسي لشبكة النقل الوطنية الشاملة والمتعددة الأبعاد في الصين.

وأضاف شيوي أن أهداف البناء الرئيسية للبلاد بحلول عام 2030 تشمل: زيادة طول مسارات الطرق السريعة بمقدار 120 ألف كيلومتر، وإضافة 2500 كيلومتر من الممرات المائية الوطنية عالية الجودة، وبناء 15 مطارًا جديدًا للنقل المدني.

ووفقاً لشيوي، ستعطي الصين الأولوية أيضاً لتجديد البنية التحتية والتحديثات الرقمية الذكية، حيث من المتوقع أن تتلقى البنية التحتية للنقل التي يبلغ طولها حوالي 80 ألف كيلومتر تحديثات بحلول عام 2030.
