Displaced residents in the Gaza Strip have spoken of their anguish after their resettlement site was hit amid another Israeli airstrike, with the terror of these attacks and the repeated upheaval leaving many families in dismay.

An Israeli airstrike early Saturday destroyed a medication depot at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, and flattened a nearby displacement camp.

Witnesses say that more than 200 tents were damaged, with 20 of them razed, while a giant crater has been left at the site following the strike.

A mother who was fortunate to survive the incident shared her experience of being forced to flee with her children.

"We were living in this destroyed tent. We were asleep. We heard someone shouting, 'Get out, get out, there is going to be a strike!" Within half an hour, or even less. We ran out barefoot and woke the children from their sleep. We carried them and started running, not knowing where to go. We didn't even have time to take any of our belongings. When we returned, we found that the tent had been destroyed," said Umm Yahya Hassouna, a mother.

The latest Israeli airstrikes have again raised widespread international condemnation, with many saying they undermine efforts to implement the second phase of a ceasefire agreement and threaten ongoing diplomatic efforts to end the conflict.

The attacks also fly in the face of the fragile October 2025 ceasefire between Hamas and Israel which was supposed to bring an end to such tragedies, with long-suffering residents like Hassouna saying that while they have heard of an apparent ceasefire, nothing has changed on the ground.

For others, the continuing cycle of destruction it becoming an endless torment. Another mother at the camp named Fatima said she had been displaced more than a dozen times amid the war, and lamented that her children have only ever known a life of suffering.

Humanitarian workers from the United Nations said on Monday that the weekend attacks in Gaza reportedly killed dozens of people, including children and other civilians.

More than 150 fatalities, including dozens of civilians, were documented in July, the deadliest month so far this year, according to Gaza health authorities.

تحدث السكان النازحون في قطاع غزة عن معاناتهم بعد تعرض موقع إعادة توطينهم للقصف في غارة جوية إسرائيلية أخرى، حيث ترك الرعب الناجم عن هذه الهجمات والاضطرابات المتكررة العديد من العائلات في حالة من الصدمة.

دمرت غارة جوية إسرائيلية في وقت مبكر من أول أيام أغسطس مستودعًا للأدوية في مستشفى شهداء الأقصى في دير البلح، قبل أن تدمر مخيمًا للنازحين.

ويقول شهود عيان إن أكثر من 200 خيمة تضررت، منها 20 خيمة دُمرت بالكامل، بينما خلفت الغارة حفرة عملاقة في الموقع.

وقد روت إحدى الأمهات تُدعى أم يحيى التي نجت بأعجوبة من الحادث تجربتها في الاضطرار إلى الفرار مع أطفالها.

وقالت أم يحيى حسونة، إحدى الناجيات من الغارة: "اسمي أم يحيى حسونة. كنا نعيش في هذه الخيمة المدمرة. كنا نائمين. سمعنا أحدهم يصرخ: اخرجوا، اخرجوا، سيكون هناك غارة! في غضون نصف ساعة، أو حتى أقل، هربنا حفاة وأيقظنا الأطفال من نومهم. حملناهم وبدأنا نركض، دون أن نعرف إلى أين نذهب. لم يكن لدينا حتى الوقت لأخذ أي من المتعلقات. وعندما عدنا، وجدنا أن الخيمة قد دمرت."

أثارت الغارات الجوية الإسرائيلية الأخيرة مرة أخرى إدانة دولية واسعة النطاق، حيث قال الكثيرون إنها تقوض الجهود الرامية إلى تنفيذ المرحلة الثانية من اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار وتهدد الجهود الدبلوماسية الجارية لإنهاء الصراع.

كما تتعارض هذه الهجمات مع اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، الهش بالفعل، المبرم في أكتوبر 2025 بين حماس وإسرائيل، والذي كان من المفترض أن يضع حداً لمثل هذه المآسي، حيث يقول سكان عانوا طويلاً مثل أم يحيى إنه على الرغم من سماعهم عن وقف إطلاق نار، إلا أن شيئاً لم يتغير على أرض الواقع.

كما قال عاملون في المجال الإنساني تابعون للأمم المتحدة يوم 3 أغسطس إن الهجمات التي وقعت في غزة خلال عطلة نهاية الأسبوع أسفرت، وفقاً للتقارير، عن مقتل العشرات، بينهم أطفال ومدنيون آخرون.

ووفقاً للسلطات الصحية في غزة، تم توثيق أكثر من 150 حالة وفاة، بينهم العشرات من المدنيين، خلال شهر يوليو فقط، الذي يعد أكثر الشهور دموية حتى الآن هذا العام.

Dos madres gazatíes relataron sus horribles experiencias tras verse obligadas a huir con sus hijos en la madrugada del sábado por un ataque aéreo israelí. Esta ofensiva arrasó con un campamento de personas desplazadas aledaño a un depósito de medicamentos en el hospital de los Mártires de Al-Aqsa, en Deir al-Balah, que también quedó destruido.

Más de 200 tiendas registraron daños y unas 20 quedaron completamente destruidas, según testigos.

"Vivíamos en esta tienda destruida. Estábamos dormidos. Oímos a alguien gritar: '¡Salgan, salgan, va a haber un ataque!' En menos de media hora, o incluso menos. Salimos descalzos y despertamos a los niños. Los cargamos y empezamos a correr, sin saber a dónde ir. Ni siquiera tuvimos tiempo de coger nuestras pertenencias. Cuando regresamos, encontramos la tienda destruida", relató Umm Yahya Hassouna, una madre que sobrevivió al ataque.

Hassouna aseguró que ha oído hablar de un alto el fuego, pero que sobre el terreno nada ha cambiado.

Otra madre, Fátima, contó que ha tenido que desplazarse 15 veces durante la guerra, y añadió, que sus hijos no han conocido más que sufrimiento desde que nacieron.

Los trabajadores humanitarios de la ONU informaron el lunes que los ataques del fin de semana en Gaza causaron decenas de muertos, incluidos niños y otros civiles.

En julio se documentaron más de 150 muertes, entre ellas decenas de civiles, lo que convierte a ese mes en el más mortífero del año hasta la fecha, según las autoridades sanitarias de Gaza.
