China's cooperation with Iran is always conducted within the framework of international law and should not be interfered with or disrupted, Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian said at a press briefing in Beijing on Tuesday.

Lin's remarks came after the U.S. threat of sanctions against Iran's trading partners.

"China's cooperation with Iran has always been conducted within the framework of international law and should not be interfered with and disrupted. أكد لين جيان، المتحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية الصينية، في مؤتمر صحفي عُقد في بكين يوم الثلاثاء/ 25 أغسطس، أن تعاون الصين مع إيران يجري دائماً في إطار القانون الدولي، ولا ينبغي التدخل فيه أو تعطيله.

وجاءت تصريحات لين بعد تهديد الولايات المتحدة بفرض عقوبات على الشركاء التجاريين لإيران.
