1. Various of transport aircraft carrying emergency relief supplies landing, taxiing

A third batch of emergency relief supplies from China arrived in mudslide-hit Nepal on Thursday afternoon.

A Y-20 transport aircraft carrying the relief supplies landed at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu.

The shipment includes morgue freezers, epidemic-prevention materials, daily necessities, and other items urgently needed in Nepal.

The relief supplies also include Bailey bridges for disaster relief, though the installation equipment for the bridges has been transported separately by road to the China-Nepal border port.

Ten Chinese forensic identification experts arrived on the same flight and will assist Nepalese authorities in advancing victim identification efforts.

Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Zhang Maoming and Nepal's Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Mahabir Pun attended the handover ceremony and welcomed the expert team.
