China and Vietnam should be a community with a shared future for the socialist cause, said President Xi Jinping on Wednesday when he and his wife Peng Liyuan bid farewell to Vietnamese President To Lam and his wife Ngo Phuong Ly in Beijing.

Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, said he had a long, in-depth exchange of views with To Lam, also general secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee, on issues of common concern that have strategic and overarching significance, and reached many new important consensuses.

Xi said both China and Vietnam are socialist countries, and should continue to forge ahead firmly to the direction set by this road and build a community with a shared future for the socialist cause.

The two countries are good neighbors who share weal and woe and are moving towards modernization together, he said, calling on both sides to build a community with a shared future for achieving modernization.

Xi said both China and Vietnam advocate harmony among all nations, and should be partners in promoting the building of a community with a shared future for humanity against the background of the changes in the world unseen in a century.

Noting that To Lam will set off to visit Guangxi to gain a deeper understanding of China once again, Xi said China stands ready to work with Vietnam to lead the building of a China-Vietnam community with a shared future onto a fast track of development.

To Lam expressed gratitude to Xi and the Chinese side for their comradely and brotherly hospitality to the Vietnamese delegation, saying that China's special arrangements demonstrate its special friendship with Vietnam, which has deeply touched the Vietnamese side.

Vietnam-China relations are at their best in history, and this visit, with many important consensuses reached and many cooperation agreements signed, has achieved complete success, he said.

To Lam said that during the visit, the Vietnamese delegation saw significant outcomes of the implementation of a series of major theories proposed by Xi.

La Chine et le Vietnam devraient former une communauté de destin pour la cause socialiste, a déclaré mercredi le président Xi Jinping alors qu’il faisait ses adieux, en compagnie de son épouse Peng Liyuan, au président vietnamien To Lam et à son épouse Ngo Phuong Ly à Beijing.

M. Xi, également secrétaire général du Comité central du Parti communiste chinois (PCC), a déclaré avoir eu un échange de vues long et approfondi avec To Lam, également secrétaire général du Comité central du Parti communiste vietnamien (PCV), sur des questions d'intérêt commun revêtant une importance stratégique et globale, et avoir abouti à de nombreux nouveaux consensus importants.

Il a déclaré que la Chine et le Vietnam sont tous deux des pays socialistes et qu’ils devraient continuer à avancer résolument dans la direction tracée par cette voie et à construire une communauté de destin pour la cause socialiste.

Les deux pays sont de bons voisins qui partagent leurs joies et leurs peines et s’engagent ensemble sur la voie de la modernisation, a-t-il ajouté, appelant les deux parties à former une communauté de destin pour parvenir à la modernisation.

M. Xi a déclaré que la Chine et le Vietnam prônaient tous deux l’harmonie entre toutes les nations et devaient être partenaires dans la promotion de la construction d’une communauté de destin pour l’humanité, dans un contexte de changements mondiaux sans précédent depuis un siècle.

Notant que To Lam allait se rendre dans le Guangxi pour approfondir une nouvelle fois sa compréhension de la Chine, M. Xi a déclaré que la Chine était prête à travailler avec le Vietnam pour mener la construction d’une communauté de destin Chine-Vietnam sur la voie d’un développement rapide.

To Lam a exprimé sa gratitude envers M. Xi et la partie chinoise pour l'hospitalité fraternelle et amicale dont a bénéficié la délégation vietnamienne, affirmant que les dispositions spéciales prises par la Chine témoignaient de son amitié particulière avec le Vietnam, ce qui a profondément touché la partie vietnamienne.

Les relations entre le Vietnam et la Chine n'ont jamais été aussi bonnes, et cette visite, au cours de laquelle de nombreux consensus importants ont été atteints et de nombreux accords de coopération signés, a été un succès total, a-t-il déclaré.

To Lam a indiqué que, durant cette visite, la délégation vietnamienne a pu constater les résultats significatifs de la mise en œuvre d'une série de grandes théories avancées par M. Xi.

Le Vietnam est disposé à travailler avec la Chine pour mettre pleinement en œuvre les accords importants conclus lors de cette visite, en faire un nouvel élan pour promouvoir la coopération amicale entre les deux parties, faciliter un plus grand développement des deux pays et faire de nouveaux progrès dans la construction d’une communauté de destin de plus haut niveau revêtant une importance stratégique, a-t-il affirmé.

To Lam a également visité le Musée du Parti communiste chinois mercredi après-midi.

أكد الرئيس الصيني شي جين بينغ، يوم الأربعاء/ 15 أبريل الجاري، أثناء وجوده مع عقيلته بنغ لي يوان في مراسم وداع رئيس فيتنام تو لام وعقيلته نغو فونغ لي في العاصمة بكين، على ضرورة قيام الصين وفيتنام ببناء مجتمعاً ذا مستقبل مشترك في سبيل القضية الاشتراكية.

وقال شي، وهو أيضًا الأمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الصيني، إنه أجرى تبادلاً مطولاً ومتعمقاً للآراء مع تو لام، الأمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الفيتنامي، حول القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك والأهمية الاستراتيجية والشاملة، وأنهما قد توصلا إلى العديد من التوافقات المهمة الجديدة.

وأضاف شي أن الصين وفيتنام دولتان اشتراكيتان، وعليهما مواصلة المُضي قدماً بثبات على هذا المسار وبناء مجتمع ذي مستقبل مشترك من أجل القضية الاشتراكية.

ووصف شي الدولتين بأنهما جارتان طيبتان تتقاسمان الرخاء والشدة، وتسعيان معاً نحو التحديث، داعياً الجانبين إلى أن يُكوّنا مجتمعاً ذا مستقبل مشترك لتحقيق التحديث.

ومضى يقول إن الصين وفيتنام تدعوان إلى الانسجام بين جميع الأمم، وأن البلدين يجب أن تكونا شريكين في تعزيز بناء مجتمع ذي مستقبل مشترك للبشرية في ظل التغيرات العالمية غير المسبوقة منذ قرن.

وأعرب شي عن استعداد الصين للعمل مع فيتنام لقيادة بناء مجتمع صيني-فيتنامي ذي مستقبل مشترك بوتيرة سريعة.

ومن جانبه، أعرب تو لام عن امتنانه لشي والجانب الصيني على كرم ضيافتهم الأخوية للوفد الفيتنامي، قائلاً إن الترتيبات الخاصة التي قّدمتها الصين تُجسّد صداقتها المميزة مع فيتنام، الأمر الذي لامس قلوب الفيتناميين.

وأضاف أن العلاقات الفيتنامية-الصينية تمرّ بأفضل مراحلها، وأن زيارته، التي شهدت التوصل إلى العديد من التوافقات الهامة وتوقيع العديد من اتفاقيات التعاون، قد حققت نجاحاً باهراً.

وشدد تو لام على أن فيتنام مستعدة للعمل مع الصين لتنفيذ التوافقات المهمة التي تم التوصل إليها خلال هذه الزيارة بشكل كامل، وتحويلها إلى دافع جديد لتعزيز التعاون الودي بين الجانبين، وتسهيل تنمية أكبر للبلدين، وتحقيق خطوات جديدة في بناء مجتمع رفيع المستوى ذي مستقبل مشترك يحمل أهمية استراتيجية.

جدير بالذكر أن تو لام قد قام بزيارة متحف الحزب الشيوعي الصيني بعد ظهر الأربعاء.

Китай и Вьетнам должны совместно построить сообщество единой судьбы во имя социалистического дела, заявил 15 апреля генеральный секретарь ЦК КПК и председатель КНР Си Цзиньпин в сопровождении его супруги Пэн Лиюань во время прощания с генеральным секретарем ЦК КПВ, президентом Вьетнама То Ламом и его супругой Нго Фыонг Ли.

На прощальной встрече китайский лидер отметил, что и Китай, и Вьетнам являются социалистическими странами и должны продолжать твердо двигаться в этом направлении.

"Мы – добрые соседи, которые разделяют как радости, так и горести и вместе движутся к модернизации. Таким образом, необходимо создать сообщество единой судьбы для достижения модернизации", – сказал Си Цзиньпин.

Кроме того, Китай и Вьетнам выступают за вселенную гармонию в мире, поэтому следует быть партнерами в содействии построению сообщества единой судьбы человечества на фоне невиданных за столетие перемен в мире, добавил глава государства Китая.

То Лам, со своей стороны, выразил благодарность Си Цзиньпину и китайской стороне за гостеприимство по отношению к вьетнамской делегации.

Отметив, что вьетнамско-китайские отношения находятся на пике своей истории, он сказал, что этот визит, в ходе которого были достигнуты многие важные договоренности и подписаны многочисленные соглашения о сотрудничестве, увенчался полным успехом.

То Лам выразил готовность сотрудничать с Китаем для реализации важных договоренностей, достигнутых в ходе этого визита, превратить их в новый импульс для развития дружественного сотрудничества между двумя сторонами, содействовать дальнейшему развитию обеих стран и сделать новые шаги в построении сообщества единой судьбы высокого уровня, имеющего стратегическое значение.

В среду днем То Лам также посетил Музей Коммунистической партии Китая.

China y Vietnam deben constituir una comunidad de futuro compartido para la causa socialista, manifestó el miércoles el presidente chino, Xi Jinping, cuando él y su esposa, Peng Liyuan, se despidieron de su homólogo vietnamita To Lam y su esposa, Ngo Phuong Ly, en Beijing.

Xi, quien también es secretario general del Comité Central del Partido Comunista de China (PCCh), afirmó que mantuvo un prolongado y profundo intercambio de opiniones con To Lam, secretario general del Comité Central del Partido Comunista de Vietnam (PCV), sobre cuestiones de interés común que revisten una importancia estratégica y general, y que alcanzaron muchos consensos nuevos e importantes.

Xi señaló que tanto China como Vietnam son países socialistas y que deben seguir avanzando con firmeza por el camino marcado y construir una comunidad de futuro compartido para la causa socialista.

Ambos países son buenos vecinos que comparten alegrías y penas y avanzan juntos hacia la modernización, por lo que pidió a ambas partes formar una comunidad de futuro compartido para lograrla.

Añadió que tanto China como Vietnam abogan por la armonía universal, por lo que deben ser socios que promuevan la construcción de una comunidad de futuro compartido para la humanidad, en medio de los cambios sin precedentes en un siglo.

Tras señalar que Lam partirá hacia Guangxi para profundizar una vez más su conocimiento de China, Xi expresó que China está dispuesta a trabajar con la parte vietnamita para impulsar la construcción de la comunidad China-Vietnam de futuro compartido hacia un rápido desarrollo de alta calidad.

Por su parte, Lam expresó su agradecimiento a Xi y a la parte china por la hospitalidad fraternal y de camaradería que han brindado a la delegación vietnamita, y señaló que los preparativos especiales de China ponen de manifiesto la especial amistad que mantiene con Vietnam, lo que les ha conmovido profundamente.

Las relaciones entre Vietnam y China se encuentran en su mejor momento de la historia, y esta visita, en la que se han alcanzado muchos consensos importantes y se han firmado diversos acuerdos de cooperación, ha sido todo un éxito, resaltó.

Lam mencionó que, durante la visita, la delegación vietnamita también ha sido testigo de cómo una serie de grandes teorías propuestas por Xi se han puesto en práctica y han logrado resultados significativos.

　習近平中国共産党中央委員会総書記・国家主席と彭麗媛夫人は15日午後、中国を国賓訪問中のトー・ラムベトナム共産党中央執行委員会書記長・国家主席夫妻と親しく別れをつげた。習主席は、中国とベトナムは社会主義事業の運命共同体となるべきだと強調した。

　習主席は、トー・ラムベトナム共産党中央執行委員会書記長・国家主席と、共に関心を寄せる全局的かつ戦略的事項について、長時間にわたって踏み込んだ意見交換を行い、多くの新たな重要な共通認識に達したと述べた。

　その上で、次のように示し強調した。

　中国とベトナムはいずれも社会主義国家であり、この道が示す方向に沿って断固として前進し続け、社会主義事業の運命共同体を築かなければならない。

　両国は苦楽を共にする良き隣国であり、共に現代化への歩みを進め、現代化の実現に向けた運命共同体とならなければならない。
　
　中国とベトナムは「天下大同（世界を自由で平等な理想社会に作る）」というビジョンを提唱しており、世界が百年に一度の大きな変革期を迎える中、両国は人類運命共同体の構築を推進するパートナーとならなければならない。

　さらに、トー・ラム主席が中国への理解を深めるために明日広西チワン族自治区を訪問することにも触れ、中国はベトナムと共に、中国・ベトナム運命共同体の構築を高速発展のファストレーンに乗せていく用意があると強調した。

　これを受け、トー・ラム主席はまず、習主席をはじめとする中国側がベトナム代表団に対して同志かつ兄弟のような温かいもてなしを行ったことに感謝の意を表したとともに、中国側の特別な配慮はベトナムとの特別な友好関係を示すものであり、ベトナム側は深く感動したと述べた。

　その上で、ベトナム・中国関係は歴史的に見て最も良い時期にあり、今回の訪問は成功裏に行われており、多くの重要な共通認識が形成され、数多くの協力協定が調印されたと指摘。

　さらに、訪問期間中、習主席が提唱した一連の重要な理論の実施による顕著な成果を目の当たりにしたとした。

　ベトナムは中国側と協力し、今回の訪問で得られた重要な共通認識を実行に移し、これを両国間の友好協力を促進する新たな推進力とし、両国のさらなる発展を促し、戦略的意義を持つよりハイレベルの「運命共同体」の構築に向けて新たな一歩を踏み出していきたいと強調した。

China und Vietnam sollten eine Gemeinschaft mit einer geteilten Zukunft für die sozialistische Sache sein. Dies hat der chinesische Präsident Xi Jinping am Mittwoch gesagt, als er und seine Ehefrau Peng Liyuan sich in Beijing vom vietnamesischen Präsidenten Tô Lâm und dessen Ehefrau Ngo Phuong Ly verabschiedeten.

Xi, der auch Generalsekretär des Zentralkomitees der Kommunistischen Partei Chinas (KPCh) ist, sagte, er habe einen langen und tiefgründigen Meinungsaustausch mit Tô Lâm, der zudem Generalsekretär des Zentralkomitees der Kommunistischen Partei Vietnams (KPV) ist, über Fragen von gemeinsamem Interesse mit strategischer und übergreifender Bedeutung geführt und dabei viele neue wichtige Übereinstimmungen erzielt.

Xi sagte, als sozialistische Staaten sollten China und Vietnam weiterhin entschlossen auf dem von diesem Weg vorgegebenen Kurs voranschreiten und eine Gemeinschaft mit einer geteilten Zukunft für die sozialistische Sache bilden.

Xi merkte an, dass Lâm nun nach Guangxi reisen werde, um ein tieferes Verständnis von China zu gewinnen. Weiter sagte er, China sei bereit, gemeinsam mit Vietnam den Aufbau einer chinesisch-vietnamesischen Gemeinschaft mit geteilter Zukunft auf einen schnellen Entwicklungspfad zu lenken.

Lâm dankte Xi und der chinesischen Seite für ihre kameradschaftliche und brüderliche Gastfreundschaft gegenüber der vietnamesischen Delegation.

Die Beziehungen zwischen Vietnam und China befänden sich auf dem besten Stand ihrer Geschichte. Dieser Besuch, bei dem viele wichtige Übereinkünfte erzielt und zahlreiche Kooperationsabkommen unterzeichnet wurden, sei ein voller Erfolg gewesen, sagte er.

Am Mittwochnachmittag besuchte Lâm noch das Museum zur Geschichte der Kommunistischen Partei Chinas .
