Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Chinese president, exchanged congratulations on Saturday with Thongloun Sisoulith, general secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee and Lao president, on the 65th anniversary of China-Laos diplomatic relations.

Xi said that as socialist neighbors in a community with a shared future, China and Laos are united by shared ideals and beliefs, identical social systems and similar development paths and that their "comradely and brotherly" bond, personally forged by the older generation of leaders of both parties and countries, has grown ever stronger over time.

At present, the two sides are accelerating efforts to build a high-standard, high-quality, and high-level China-Laos community with a shared future. Exchanges at all levels have become closer, and cooperation across various fields continues to deepen. On issues concerning each other's core interests and major concerns, the two sides firmly support one another, injecting valuable stability and certainty into the region and the world, he said.

The CPC and the Chinese government have always viewed China-Laos ties from a strategic and long-term perspective and regard Laos as a priority in China's neighborhood diplomacy, he said.

Xi voiced willingness to work with Thongloun to take the 65th anniversary of China-Laos diplomatic relations and the Year of China-Laos Friendship as an opportunity to enhance strategic mutual trust, carry forward the traditional friendship, and push for more outcomes in practical cooperation across various fields, so as to deliver more benefits to the two peoples.

For his part, Thongloun said that over the 65 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations, the friendly ties between the two parties, the two countries and the two peoples -- marked by solidarity in times of difficulty -- have been lifted to higher levels, with fruitful outcomes in building the Laos-China community with a shared future.

He expressed gratitude for the long-standing valuable support and assistance provided by the CPC, the Chinese government and people.

Thongloun said that Laos will remain committed to the one-China principle, support China in safeguarding its core interests, and work with China to follow through on the new five-year action plan for the Laos-China community with a shared future, so as to yield new achievements in the traditional friendship and comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between the two countries.

Also on Saturday, Chinese Premier Li Qiang and Lao Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone exchanged congratulations.

Li said that both sides should follow the strategic consensus reached by the top leaders of the two parties and countries, guide ministries and localities to strengthen coordination and cooperation, expand areas of collaboration, foster new drivers of growth, and deliver more tangible outcomes in the China-Laos comprehensive strategic cooperation.

Sonexay said that over the past 65 years, the traditional friendship and comprehensive strategic cooperation between Laos and China have continued to deepen.

He added that Laos stands ready to work with China to follow through on the strategic consensus reached by the top leaders of the two parties and countries, ensure the success of events marking the 65th anniversary of diplomatic ties and the Year of China-Laos Friendship, and deliver more tangible benefits to the two peoples.

Xi Jinping, secrétaire général du Comité central du Parti communiste chinois (PCC) et président de la République populaire de Chine, a échangé samedi des messages de félicitations avec Thongloun Sisoulith, secrétaire général du Comité central du Parti révolutionnaire populaire lao et président de la République démocratique populaire lao, à l'occasion du 65e anniversaire de l'établissement des relations diplomatiques entre la Chine et le Laos.

M. Xi a déclaré qu'en tant que voisins socialistes au sein d'une communauté de destin, la Chine et le Laos sont unis par des idéaux et des convictions communs, des systèmes sociaux identiques et des voies de développement similaires, et que leur lien "de camaraderie et de fraternité", forgé personnellement par l'ancienne génération de dirigeants des deux partis et des deux pays, s'est renforcé au fil du temps.

À l’heure actuelle, les deux parties intensifient leurs efforts pour construire une communauté de destin Chine-Laos de haut niveau, de grande qualité et répondant à des normes élevées. Les échanges à tous les niveaux se sont resserrés et la coopération dans divers domaines continue de s’approfondir. Sur les questions touchant aux intérêts fondamentaux et aux préoccupations majeures de chacun, les deux parties se soutiennent fermement, apportant une stabilité et une certitude précieuses à la région et au monde, a-t-il déclaré.

Le PCC et le gouvernement chinois ont toujours envisagé les relations sino-laotiennes dans une perspective stratégique et à long terme et considèrent le Laos comme une priorité dans la diplomatie de voisinage de la Chine, a-t-il indiqué.

M. Xi a exprimé sa volonté de travailler avec Thongloun Sisoulith pour saisir l’occasion du 65e anniversaire des relations diplomatiques bilatérales et de l’Année de l’amitié sino-laotienne afin de renforcer la confiance stratégique mutuelle, de perpétuer l’amitié traditionnelle et de promouvoir davantage de résultats dans la coopération pragmatique dans divers domaines, de manière à apporter plus d’avantages aux deux peuples.

Pour sa part, Thongloun Sisoulith a déclaré qu'au cours des 65 années qui se sont écoulées depuis l'établissement des relations diplomatiques, les liens d'amitié entre les deux partis, les deux pays et les deux peuples, marqués par une solidarité dans les moments difficiles, avaient atteint de nouveaux sommets, avec des résultats fructueux dans la construction d'une communauté de destin entre le Laos et la Chine.

Il a exprimé sa gratitude pour le soutien et l’aide précieux et de longue date apportés par le PCC, le gouvernement et le peuple chinois.

Thongloun Sisoulith a déclaré que le Laos respectait le principe d’une seule Chine, soutiendrait la Chine dans la sauvegarde de ses intérêts fondamentaux et collaborerait avec la Chine pour mener à bien le nouveau plan d’action quinquennal pour la communauté de destin Laos-Chine, afin d’obtenir de nouvelles réalisations dans le cadre de l’amitié traditionnelle et du partenariat stratégique global de coopération entre les deux pays.

Samedi également, le Premier ministre chinois Li Qiang et son homologue laotien Sonexay Siphandone ont échangé leurs félicitations.

M. Li a déclaré que les deux parties devaient s'en tenir au consensus stratégique atteint par les plus hauts dirigeants des deux partis et des deux pays, inciter les ministères et les collectivités locales à renforcer leur coordination et leur coopération, élargir les domaines de collaboration, favoriser l'émergence de nouveaux moteurs de croissance et obtenir des résultats plus concrets dans le cadre de la coopération stratégique globale entre la Chine et le Laos.

Sonexay Siphandone a indiqué qu'au cours des 65 dernières années, l'amitié traditionnelle et la coopération stratégique globale entre le Laos et la Chine n'avaient cessé de s'approfondir.

تبادل الأمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الصيني والرئيس الصيني شي جين بينغ، يوم السبت/ 25 أبريل الجاري، التهاني مع الأمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الثوري الشعبي اللاوسي ورئيس لاوس ثونغلون سيسوليث، بمناسبة الذكرى الـ65 لإقامة العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين الصين ولاوس.

وقال شي إن الصين ولاوس، بوصفهما جارتين اشتراكيتين يربطهما مصير مشترك، تتحدان بمبادئ ومعتقدات مشتركة، ونظام اجتماعي متطابق، ومسارات تنموية متشابهة، وأن روابطهما الأخوية والودية، التي رسّخها الجيل السابق من قادة الحزبين والبلدين، قد ازدادت قوةً مع مرور الزمن.

ويعمل الجانبان حاليًا على تسريع الجهود لبناء مجتمع مستقبل مشترك بين الصين ولاوس يتسم بالمعايير العالية والجودة العالية والمستوى الرفيع. وقد توطدت التبادلات على جميع المستويات، ويتعمق التعاون في مختلف المجالات. ويدعم الجانبان بعضهما البعض بقوة في القضايا المتعلقة بالمصالح الجوهرية والشواغل الرئيسية لكل منهما، مما يضفي استقرارًا وطمأنينة قيّمين على المنطقة والعالم، وفقًا لشي.

وأعرب عن امتنانه للدعم والمساعدة القيمين واللذين طال أمدهما من جانب الحزب الشيوعي الصيني والصين حكومة وشعبا.

وأكد ثونغلون أن لاوس ستظل ملتزمة بمبدأ "صين واحدة"، وستدعم الصين في حماية مصالحها الأساسية، وستعمل مع الصين على تنفيذ خطة العمل الخمسية الجديدة لمجتمع لاوس-الصين ذي المستقبل المشترك، من أجل تحقيق إنجازات جديدة في الصداقة التقليدية والشراكة الاستراتيجية الشاملة بين البلدين.

كما تبادل رئيس مجلس الدولة الصيني لي تشيانغ ورئيس وزراء لاوس سونيكساي سيفاندون التهاني يوم السبت.

El secretario general del Comité Central del Partido Comunista de China (PCCh) y presidente chino, Xi Jinping, intercambió el sábado felicitaciones con Thongloun Sisoulith, secretario general del Comité Central del Partido Popular Revolucionario de Laos y presidente laosiano, con motivo del 65º aniversario del establecimiento de relaciones diplomáticas entre los dos países.

Xi dijo que, como vecinos socialistas en una comunidad de futuro compartido, China y Laos están unidos por ideales y creencias comunes, sistemas sociales idénticos y trayectorias de desarrollo similares, y que su vínculo de "camaradería y hermandad", forjado personalmente por la generación anterior de líderes de ambos partidos y países, se ha fortalecido cada vez más con el paso del tiempo.

En la actualidad, ambas partes están intensificando sus esfuerzos para construir una comunidad de futuro compartido China-Laos de alto nivel, alta calidad y altos estándares. Los intercambios a todos los niveles se han estrechado y la cooperación en diversos ámbitos sigue profundizándose. En cuestiones relacionadas con los intereses fundamentales y las principales preocupaciones de cada uno, ambas partes se apoyan mutuamente con firmeza, inyectando valiosa estabilidad y certidumbre a la región y el mundo, afirmó.

El PCCh y el Gobierno chino siempre han visto los lazos China-Laos desde una perspectiva estratégica y a largo plazo, y consideran a Laos una prioridad en la diplomacia de vecindad de China, añadió.

Xi expresó su disposición a colaborar con Thongloun para aprovechar el 65º aniversario de las relaciones diplomáticas bilaterales y el Año de la Amistad China-Laos como una oportunidad para reforzar la confianza mutua estratégica, llevar adelante la amistad tradicional e impulsar más resultados en la cooperación pragmática en diversos ámbitos, con el fin de aportar más beneficios a ambos pueblos.

Por su parte, Thongloun señaló que, a lo largo de los 65 años transcurridos desde el establecimiento de las relaciones diplomáticas, los lazos amistosos entre los dos partidos, los dos países y los dos pueblos, caracterizados por la solidaridad en tiempos difíciles, se han elevado a niveles más altos, con resultados fructíferos en la construcción de la comunidad de futuro compartido Laos-China.

Expresó su gratitud por el valioso apoyo y la asistencia prestados desde hace mucho tiempo por el PCCh, el Gobierno y el pueblo chinos.

Xi Jinping, Generalsekretär des Zentralkomitees der Kommunistischen Partei Chinas (KPCh) und chinesischer Staatspräsident, und Thongloun Sisoulith, Generalsekretär des Zentralkomitees der Laotischen Revolutionären Volkspartei und laotischer Staatspräsident, haben Glückwünsche zum 65. Jahrestag der Aufnahme diplomatischer Beziehungen zwischen China und Laos ausgetauscht.

Xi betonte, dass China und Laos sozialistische Nachbarn mit einer gemeinsamen Zukunft seien, die durch übereinstimmende Ideale und Überzeugungen, identische Gesellschaftssysteme sowie ähnliche Entwicklungswege verbunden seien. Die „Genossen-und-Brüder“-Freundschaft, die von der älteren Generation der Führer beider Parteien und Länder persönlich geschmiedet worden sei, habe sich im Laufe der Zeit weiter gefestigt.

Derzeit beschleunigten beide Seiten den Aufbau einer hochstandardisierten, hochwertigen und auf hohem Niveau stehenden chinesisch-laotischen Gemeinschaft mit geteilter Zukunft. Der Austausch auf allen Ebenen werde enger, die Zusammenarbeit in allen Bereichen vertiefe sich kontinuierlich, und in Fragen der jeweiligen Kerninteressen und wichtigen Anliegen stünden beide Seiten fest zusammen. Damit trügen sie wertvolle Stabilität und Gewissheit zur Region und der Welt bei.

Xi unterstrich weiter, dass die KPCh und die chinesische Regierung die Beziehungen zu Laos stets aus strategischer Höhe und langfristiger Perspektive betrachteten und Laos einen wichtigen Platz in Chinas Nachbarschaftsdiplomatie einräumten.

Er sei bereit, gemeinsam mit Generalsekretär und Präsident Thongloun den 65. Jahrestag der Aufnahme diplomatischer Beziehungen sowie das „Jahr der chinesisch-laotischen Freundschaft“ zum Anlass zu nehmen, um das gegenseitige strategische Vertrauen zu stärken, die traditionelle Freundschaft zu pflegen, die pragmatische Zusammenarbeit in allen Bereichen weiter voranzutreiben und so den beiden Völkern noch größeren Nutzen zu bringen.

Thongloun erklärte seinerseits, dass sich die freundschaftlichen Beziehungen zwischen den beiden Parteien, Ländern und Völkern in den vergangenen 65 Jahren durch gemeinsame Bewältigung von Herausforderungen auf ein höheres Niveau entwickelt hätten. Der Aufbau der laotisch-chinesischen Gemeinschaft mit geteilter Zukunft habe reiche Früchte getragen.

Er dankte der KPCh, der chinesischen Regierung und dem chinesischen Volk für die langjährige wertvolle Unterstützung und Hilfe.

Laos halte unbeirrt am Ein-China-Prinzip fest, unterstütze China bei der Wahrung seiner Kerninteressen und sei bereit, gemeinsam mit China den neuen Fünfjahres-Aktionsplan für die Gemeinschaft mit geteilter Zukunft umzusetzen, um der traditionellen Freundschaft und der umfassenden strategischen Kooperationspartnerschaft neue Erfolge zu bescheren.

Ebenfalls am selben Tag tauschten der chinesische Ministerpräsident Li Qiang und der laotische Premierminister Sonexay Siphandone Glückwünsche aus.

Li erklärte, beide Seiten sollten sich am strategischen Konsens der höchsten Führer beider Parteien und Länder orientieren, die Koordination zwischen Ministerien und lokalen Behörden verstärken, die Kooperationsfelder erweitern, neue Entwicklungsimpulse schaffen und die umfassende strategische Zusammenarbeit zwischen China und Laos mit mehr greifbaren Ergebnissen vorantreiben.

Sonexay erklärte, dass sich die traditionelle Freundschaft und die umfassende strategische Zusammenarbeit zwischen Laos und China in den vergangenen 65 Jahren kontinuierlich vertieft hätten.

Laos sei bereit, gemeinsam mit China den strategischen Konsens der höchsten Führer umzusetzen, die Feierlichkeiten zum 65. Jahrestag der diplomatischen Beziehungen und zum „Jahr der laotisch-chinesischen Freundschaft“ erfolgreich durchzuführen und den beiden Völkern mehr konkrete Vorteile zu verschaffen.
