Chinese Premier Li Qiang on Thursday said it is hoped that the U.S. side will work with China to maintain stable and predictable China-U.S. economic and trade relations.

Li made the remarks when meeting with a visiting delegation of U.S. senators led by Steve Daines in Beijing.

Li recalled that the phone talks between President Xi Jinping and President Donald Trump in February provided strategic guidance on promoting development of China-U.S. relations, noting that China stands ready to work together with the United States to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, enhance dialogue and communication, strive for more practical cooperation achievements between the two countries, deliver more benefits to the people, and contribute certainty and positive energy to the world.

China hopes that the U.S. side will work with China in the same direction, engage in more dialogue rather than confrontation, and have more mutually beneficial cooperation rather than zero-sum games, so as to maintain a stable and predictable China-U.S. economic and trade relations, Li said.

The Taiwan question is part of the core interests of China, and is the first red line that must not be crossed in China-U.S. relations, Li noted, saying that it is hoped that the U.S. Congress will prudently view and handle issues related to China, and play a positive role in the steady, sound and sustainable development of China-U.S. relations.

Le Premier ministre chinois Li Qiang a exprimé jeudi l'espoir que les États-Unis collaboreraient avec la Chine afin de maintenir la stabilité et la prévisibilité des relations économiques et commerciales entre les deux pays.

M. Li a tenu ces propos lors d'une rencontre à Beijing avec une délégation de sénateurs américains conduite par Steve Daines.

L’entretien téléphonique entre le président Xi Jinping et le président Donald Trump en février ont fourni des orientations stratégiques pour favoriser le développement des relations sino-américaines, a déclaré M. Li, soulignant que la Chine était prête à collaborer avec les États-Unis pour mettre en œuvre l'important consensus atteint par les deux chefs d'État, renforcer le dialogue et la communication, œuvrer à obtenir des résultats concrets en matière de coopération entre les deux pays, mieux profiter aux populations et apporter certitude et énergie positive au monde.

La Chine espère que les États-Unis privilégieront le dialogue plutôt que la confrontation et une coopération mutuellement bénéfique plutôt qu'un jeu à somme nulle, afin de maintenir des relations économiques et commerciales sino-américaines stables et prévisibles, a déclaré M. Li.

وقال لي إن الرئيس الصيني شي جين بينغ أجرى مكالمة هاتفية مع الرئيس الأمريكي ترامب في فبراير من هذا العام، حيث وضعا توجيهات استراتيجية جديدة لتعزيز تطور العلاقات الثنائية.

وذكر أن الصين تستعد للعمل مع الجانب الأمريكي لتنفيذ التوافقات الهامة التي تم التوصل اليها بين رئيسي الدولتين، وتعزيز الحوار والتواصل، وتهيئة بيئة مواتية للتبادلات والتعاون على مختلف المستويات، والسعي لتحقيق المزيد من النتائج العملية، ومواصلة تعزيز رفاهية شعبي البلدين، وضخ اليقين والطاقة الإيجابية للعالم.

وشدد لي على أن الممارسة أثبتت مرارًا وتكرارًا أن التمسك بالاحترام المتبادل والتعايش السلمي والتعاون المربح للجانبين هو السبيل الصحيح للتعامل بين الولايات المتحدة والصين.

كما أعرب عن أمله في أن يتجه الجانب الأمريكي نحو نفس الاتجاه، مع مزيد من الحوار بدلاً من المواجهة، ومزيد من التعاون المربح للجانبين بدلاً من لعبة محصلتها صفر، والحفاظ على العلاقات التجارية والاقتصادية المستقرة والقابلة للتوقع التي تخدم المصالح الجوهرية للجانبين.

وأكد لي أن قضية تايوان تتعلق بالمصالح الجوهرية للصين، وتعتبر الخط الأحمر الأول الذي لا يمكن تجاوزه في العلاقات الصينية الأمريكية، معربا عن أمله في أن يتعامل الكونغرس الأمريكي بحذر مع القضايا المتعلقة بالصين، ويلعب دورا إيجابيا في تحقيق نمو العلاقات الصينية الأمريكية بشكل مستقر وصحي ومستدام.

Премьер Госсовета КНР Ли Цян 7 мая встретился в Пекине с американской делегацией, возглавляемой сенатором США от штата Монтана республиканцем Стивом Дэйнсом.

В ходе встречи Ли Цян напомнил, что в феврале этого года председатель КНР Си Цзиньпин провел телефонный разговор с президентом США Дональдом Трампом, в ходе которого лидеры двух государств задали стратегический курс развития китайско-американских отношений.

Глава китайского правительства заверил, что китайская сторона готова совместно с США реализовать важные договоренности, достигнутые главами двух государств, углублять диалог и коммуникацию, стремиться к достижению еще больших практических результатов в двустороннем сотрудничестве, тем самым улучшать благосостояние народов двух стран, придавать большую определенность и привносить позитивную энергию в мир.

Der chinesische Ministerpräsident Li Qiang ist am Donnerstag in der Großen Halle des Volkes in Beijing mit einer Delegation des US-Senats unter der Leitung von Senator Steve Daines zusammengetroffen.
