Any potential memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Iran and the United States will merely serve as a "framework for continuing talks" and should not be considered as "a final agreement", Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei said on Saturday.

The Iranian Students' News Agency cited Baghaei as saying that the ongoing negotiations for the proposed MoU focus on securing an immediate end to the war, rather than the nuclear issue.

He also explicitly stated that the unfreezing and release of Iran's frozen assets is an inseparable condition of any MoU with the United States, according to the report.

Mahmoud Nabavian, deputy chairman of the Iranian parliament's national security and foreign policy commission, also said Saturday that the emerging Iran-U.S. draft MoU serves as a "vague framework" for an agreement, adding that the text is subject to further adjustments, according to Iranian media reports.

According to Iran's semi-official Mehr News Agency, the 14-point MoU includes provisions calling for an immediate and permanent cessation of military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon, the complete removal of the U.S. naval blockade, and the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, among others.

Over recent weeks, Iran and the United States have exchanged several peace proposals through Pakistan's mediation and have been working to finalize an MoU to end the war.

U.S. President Donald Trump said Thursday the United States had "just made a great settlement of the war with Iran," with an agreement expected "over the next few days."

Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Eje'i, head of Iran's judiciary, said he has "absolutely no trust in the Americans," Mehr News Agency reported on Saturday.

According to the report, the Iranian chief justice said that distrust of the United States stems from "historical facts and events."

He also claimed that the Iranian military has launched powerful strikes against the enemy forces in the recent conflict, thwarting their aggressive actions.

Un éventuel mémorandum d’entente (MoU) entre l’Iran et les États-Unis ne constituerait qu’un "cadre pour la poursuite des négociations" et non un "accord définitif", a déclaré samedi Esmaeil Baghaei, porte-parole du ministère iranien des Affaires étrangères.

Selon l’agence ISNA, M. Baghaei a précisé que les discussions en cours sur ce projet visent avant tout un cessez-le-feu immédiat, et non le dossier nucléaire. Il a également affirmé que le dégel des avoirs iraniens est une condition indissociable de tout accord avec les États-Unis.

Mahmoud Nabavian, vice-président de la commission de la sécurité nationale et de la politique étrangère du Parlement iranien, a abondé dans le même sens, qualifiant le protocole d'accord de "cadre général" susceptible d’être modifié.

D’après l’agence semi-officielle Mehr, le texte en 14 points prévoit notamment la cessation immédiate et définitive des opérations militaires sur tous les fronts, y compris au Liban, la levée complète du blocus naval américain et la réouverture du détroit d’Ormuz.

Ces dernières semaines, l’Iran et les États-Unis ont échangé plusieurs propositions de paix sous la médiation du Pakistan et cherchent à finaliser un mémorandum pour mettre fin à la guerre.

Jeudi, le président américain Donald Trump a déclaré que les États-Unis et l'Iran étaient parvenus à "un excellent accord", dont la finalisation est attendue "dans les prochains jours".

Toutefois, samedi, le chef du pouvoir judiciaire iranien, Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Eje’i, a affirmé n’avoir "absolument aucune confiance dans les Américains", se fondant sur des "faits et événements historiques". Il a également assuré que l’armée iranienne avait mené des frappes puissantes contre l’ennemi lors du récent conflit, déjouant ainsi ses actions agressives.

كما قال محمود نبويان، نائب رئيس لجنة الأمن القومي والسياسة الخارجية في البرلمان الإيراني، يوم السبت، إن مسودة مذكرة التفاهم الناشئة بين إيران والولايات المتحدة تمثل "إطارًا غامضًا" لاتفاق، مضيفًا أن النص قابل لمزيد من التعديلات، وفقًا لتقارير وسائل الإعلام الإيرانية.

ووفقاً لوكالة أنباء "مهر" شبه الرسمية الإيرانية، تتضمن مذكرة التفاهم المكونة من 14 بنداً تدعو إلى الوقف الفوري والدائم للعمليات العسكرية على جميع الجبهات، بما فيها لبنان، ورفع الحصار البحري الأمريكي بالكامل، وإعادة فتح مضيق هرمز، من بين أمور أخرى.

По данным иранского информагентства Mehr, проект меморандума включает 14 пунктов, среди них полное и немедленное прекращение войны на всех фронтах, в том числе в Ливане, и полное снятие военно-морской блокады со стороны США и возобновление работы Ормузского пролива.

Cualquier posible memorando de entendimiento (MoU) entre Irán y Estados Unidos servirá únicamente como un "marco para continuar las conversaciones" y no debe ser considerado como un "acuerdo definitivo", indicó el sábado el portavoz del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores iraní, Esmaeil Baghaei.

Baghaei, citado por la Agencia de Noticias de Estudiantes Iraníes (ISNA, por sus siglas en inglés), aseveró que las negociaciones en curso sobre el MoU se centran en lograr el fin inmediato de la guerra, en lugar de la cuestión nuclear.

El portavoz también señaló en el mismo informe que el descongelamiento y la liberación de los activos iraníes congelados son una condición inseparable de cualquier MoU con Estados Unidos.

Para el vicepresidente de la Comisión de Seguridad Nacional y Política Exterior del Parlamento iraní, el borrador del memorando de entendimiento entre Irán y Estados Unidos es un "marco vago" para un acuerdo, y su texto está sujeto a ajustes posteriores, informaron medios iraníes el sábado.

Según Mehr, agencia de noticias semioficial iraní, el memorando de entendimiento de 14 puntos incluye disposiciones que exigen el cese inmediato y permanente de las operaciones militares en todos los frentes, incluido Líbano, así como el levantamiento total del bloqueo naval estadounidense y la reapertura del estrecho de Ormuz, entre otras.

El presidente del poder judicial iraní, Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Eje'i, citado por la agencia Mehr el sábado, dijo no tener "absolutamente ninguna confianza en los estadounidenses" y su desconfianza se basa en "hechos y acontecimientos históricos".

Asimismo, la autoridad dijo que el ejército iraní había lanzado poderosos ataques contra las fuerzas enemigas durante el reciente conflicto, frustrando sus acciones agresivas.
