The United Nations on Monday welcomed Hamas' announcement that it will transfer the administration of Gaza to a Palestinian technocratic committee.

At a press conference, Stephane Dujarric, spokesman for the UN secretary-general, said the UN has taken note of Hamas' announcement concerning the dissolution of the Government Emergency Committee and the transfer of administrative responsibilities to the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza.

"We welcome any step that contributes to the implementation of the ceasefire agreement and advances the objectives reflected in relevant Security Council resolutions, including the full implementation of the ceasefire, the protection of civilians and the unhindered provision of humanitarian aid, as I was saying. We continue to support efforts towards unified Palestinian governance under the Palestinian Authority," said Dujarric.

Hamas on Monday announced the dissolution of its Government Emergency Committee in Gaza and the transfer of the enclave's administration to a 15-member transitional Palestinian technocratic committee for administering the strip.

In mid-January, the United States announced the launch of the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement, whereas the Palestinian technocratic committee was also established.

However, the committee has remained outside Gaza since its foundation, reportedly due to Israeli obstruction.

In mid-June, Palestinian factions met mediators in Cairo and submitted their response regarding a roadmap for the second phase.

The roadmap, presented by the U.S.-led "Board of Peace," outlines mechanisms for Gaza's future, including reconstruction, disarmament, Israeli withdrawal, and deployment of an international peacekeeping force, among others.

Lundi, les Nations unies ont salué l'annonce du Hamas concernant le transfert de l'administration de Gaza à un comité technocratique palestinien.

Lors d'une conférence de presse, Stéphane Dujarric, porte-parole du secrétaire général de l'ONU, a déclaré que l'ONU avait pris note de l'annonce du Hamas relative à la dissolution du Comité gouvernemental d'urgence et au transfert des responsabilités administratives au Comité national pour l'administration de Gaza.

Le Hamas a annoncé lundi la dissolution de son Comité gouvernemental d'urgence à Gaza et le transfert de l'administration de l'enclave à un comité technocratique palestinien de transition composé de 15 membres.

À la mi-janvier, les États-Unis ont annoncé le lancement de la deuxième phase de l'accord de cessez-le-feu à Gaza, et le comité technocratique palestinien a été mis en place.

Cependant, ce comité est resté hors de Gaza depuis sa création, apparemment en raison de l'obstruction israélienne.

À la mi-juin, les factions palestiniennes ont rencontré des médiateurs au Caire et ont présenté leur réponse concernant une feuille de route pour la deuxième phase.

Cette feuille de route, présentée par le "Conseil de paix" dirigé par les États-Unis, définit les mécanismes pour l'avenir de Gaza, notamment la reconstruction, le désarmement, le retrait israélien et le déploiement d'une force internationale de maintien de la paix.

ООН 6 июля приветствовала заявление ХАМАС о том, что движение передаст управление сектором Газа палестинскому комитету технократов.

В тот же день палестинское движение ХАМАС объявило о роспуске правительственного комитета по вопросам чрезвычайных ситуаций в секторе Газе и передаче управления анклавом переходному палестинскому комитету технократов из 15 человек.

Die Vereinten Nationen haben am Montag die Ankündigung der Hamas begrüßt, die Verwaltung des Gazastreifens an ein palästinensisches Expertengremium zu übertragen.

Auf einer Pressekonferenz erklärte Stéphane Dujarric, Sprecher des UN-Generalsekretärs, die UN habe die Ankündigung der Hamas zur Kenntnis genommen, ihren Regierungs-Notfallausschuss der Regierung und die Verwaltungsaufgaben an das Nationale Komitee für die Verwaltung des Gazastreifens zu übertragen.
