Iran is in discussion with Oman rather than the U.S about a temporary route that would ensure safe shipping in the Strait of Hormuz, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei said on Monday.

At a weekly press conference in Tehran, Baghaei said the waterway's closure is the consequence of U.S.-Israeli military aggression against Iran.

"There will be no substantial change in the situation in the Strait of Hormuz as long as the United States continues its malicious actions, its naval blockade, its military aggression against Iran and Iran's interests, and all the crimes it has committed during this period. Therefore, the focus of negotiations with Oman will focus on navigation through the Strait, while the relevant issues between Iran and the U.S. should be discussed in a later stage to see how the situation will develop," said Baghaei.

The spokesman denied claims of U.S.-Iran negotiations. He said all members of the Iranian delegation are currently in the country, with no plans to receive foreign delegations or send delegations abroad in the coming days.

Baghaei said that Iran harbors no hostility toward its neighbors but warned that the continued U.S. military presence in the region would fuel insecurity, division, and dispute. He called on countries in the region to establish relevant mechanisms to ensure regional security through mutual trust and constructive cooperation.

L'Iran est en discussion avec Oman sur une voie temporaire garantissant la sécurité de la navigation dans le détroit d'Ormuz, a déclaré lundi le porte-parole du ministère iranien des Affaires étrangères, Esmaeil Baghaei.

Lors d'un point de presse à Téhéran, M. Baghaei a expliqué que la fermeture du détroit était la conséquence de ce qu'il a qualifié d'"agression militaire américano-israélienne" contre l'Iran.

"La situation dans le détroit d'Ormuz restera inchangée tant que les États-Unis poursuivront leurs actions malveillantes, leur blocus naval, leur agression militaire contre l'Iran et ses intérêts, ainsi que tous les crimes commis durant cette période", a-t-il déclaré. Les négociations avec Oman porteront sur la navigation dans le détroit, tandis que les questions bilatérales irano-américaines devront être abordées ultérieurement, a-t-il précisé.

Le porte-parole a démenti les rumeurs de négociations entre Washington et Téhéran, affirmant que tous les membres de la délégation iranienne se trouvent actuellement dans le pays. Aucune visite de délégation étrangère ni aucune mission diplomatique ne sont prévues dans les prochains jours.

Selon M. قال المتحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية الإيرانية إسماعيل بقائي، يوم الاثنين/3 أغسطس الجاري، إن إيران تجري محادثات مع سلطنة عمان وليس مع الولايات المتحدة بشأن طريق مؤقت يضمن سلامة الملاحة في مضيق هرمز.

وفي مؤتمر صحفي أسبوعي في طهران، قال بقائي إن إغلاق الممر المائي هو نتيجة للعدوان العسكري الأمريكي- الإسرائيلي على إيران.

أكد بقائي أن إيران لا تُكنّ أي عداء لجيرانها، لكنه حذر من أن استمرار الوجود العسكري الأمريكي في المنطقة سيؤجج انعدام الأمن والانقسام والنزاعات. ودعا دول المنطقة إلى إنشاء آليات مناسبة لضمان الأمن الإقليمي من خلال الثقة المتبادلة والتعاون البنّاء.

Официальный представитель МИД Ирана Эсмаил Багаи 3 августа заявил, что Иран в настоящее время не ведет никаких переговоров с Соединенными Штатами, при этом проводит консультации с Оманом по вопросу безопасного судоходства в Ормузском проливе.

Irán y Omán están sosteniendo conversaciones sobre una ruta temporal que garantice el tránsito marítimo seguro en el estrecho de Ormuz, confirmó el lunes el portavoz del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Irán, Esmaeil Baghaei. El funcionario precisó además que Teherán actualmente no mantiene negociaciones con Estados Unidos.

En una rueda de prensa semanal en Teherán, Baghaei afirmó que el cierre de la vía navegable es consecuencia de la agresión militar de Estados Unidos e Israel contra Irán.

　イラン外務省のエスマイル・バガイ報道官は3日、ホルムズ海峡における船舶の安全な航行を確保するための暫定的なルートについて、イランは米国とは交渉しておらず、オマーンと協議を行っていると述べた。

Der Iran führt Gespräche mit Oman und nicht mit den USA über eine vorübergehende Route, die eine sichere Schifffahrt in der Straße von Hormus gewährleisten soll, erklärte der Sprecher des iranischen Außenministeriums, Esmaeil Baghaei, am Montag.
