U.S. President Donald Trump announced on Wednesday what he described as "the most crushing economic operation ever taken against any country" on Iran.

"This will be Economic Warfare and Isolation on an unprecedented scale," Trump posted on Truth Social, accusing Iran of failing to take the opportunity to make a deal.

"Their navy is gone, their air force is destroyed, their military factories are now rubble, their currency is worthless, and their country is hanging by a thread," he said.

"Today, I am also announcing that ANY country that allows its financial institutions, businesses, airports, or government entities to provide any type of lifeline to Iran will itself face TREMENDOUS Economic Consequences," Trump added.

Claiming that this will be "an ECONOMIC D-DAY," he urged allies to stand with the United States to "isolate, and defeat, the Iran threat."

The United States and Iran remain at odds over the Strait of Hormuz and the terms for ending the conflict, with the future of the talks uncertain after a 60-day negotiating period set under a memorandum of understanding ended on Monday.

Le président américain Donald Trump a annoncé mercredi ce qu'il a qualifié d'"opération économique la plus dévastatrice jamais menée contre un pays".

"Il s'agira d'une Guerre Économique et d'un Isolement d'une ampleur sans précédent", a-t-il dit sur son réseau Truth Social, accusant l'Iran de ne pas avoir saisi l'occasion de conclure un accord.

"Leur marine a disparu, leur armée de l'Air est détruite, leurs usines militaires ne sont plus que des ruines, leur monnaie ne vaut plus rien et leur pays ne tient plus qu'à un fil", a poursuivi M. Trump.

"Aujourd'hui, j'annonce également que TOUT pays qui autorisera ses institutions financières, ses entreprises, ses aéroports ou ses organismes publics à fournir une aide quelconque à l'Iran s'exposera lui-même à d'ENORMES Conséquences Économiques", a-t-il ajouté.

Affirmant qu'il s'agirait d'un "JOUR J ÉCONOMIQUE", Donald Trump a exhorté les alliés à se rallier à son pays pour "isoler et vaincre la menace iranienne".

Les États-Unis et l'Iran restent en désaccord sur le détroit d'Ormuz et les conditions de règlement du conflit, l'avenir des pourparlers étant incertain après l'expiration, lundi, de la période de négociation de 60 jours prévue par un protocole d'accord.

أعلن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب، يوم الأربعاء/19 أغسطس الجاري، اطلاق ما وصفه بأنه "أقسى عملية اقتصادية على الإطلاق ضد أي دولة"، مستهدفة إيران.

وكتب ترامب على موقع "تروث سوشيال" قائلًا: "ستكون هذه حربًا اقتصادية وعزلة على نطاق غير مسبوق"، متهمًا إيران بعدم اغتنام فرصة إبرام اتفاق.

وأضاف: "لقد دُمّر أسطولهم البحري وسلاحهم الجوي، وأصبحت مصانعهم العسكرية ركامًا، وعملتهم لا قيمة لها، وبلادهم على حافة الانهيار".

وأردف ترامب: "أعلن اليوم أيضا أن أي دولة تسمح لمؤسساتها المالية أو شركاتها أو مطاراتها أو هيئاتها الحكومية بتقديم أي نوع من الدعم لإيران ستواجه عواقب اقتصادية وخيمة".

ووصف ترامب هذا اليوم بأنه "يوم نصر اقتصادي"، وحثّ الحلفاء على الوقوف إلى جانب الولايات المتحدة "لعزل التهديد الإيراني وهزيمته".

ولا تزال الولايات المتحدة وإيران على خلاف بشأن مضيق هرمز وشروط إنهاء النزاع، مع بقاء مستقبل المحادثات غامضاً بعد انتهاء فترة التفاوض التي استمرت 60 يوماً بموجب مذكرة تفاهم، يوم الاثنين.

　ドナルド・トランプ米大統領は19日、イランに対して「これまでどの国に対しても取られたことのない、最も破壊的な経済作戦」と称する措置を発表した。

　トランプ氏は自身のSNS「トゥルース・ソーシャル」への投稿で、イランが合意に至る機会を逃したと非難し、「前例のない規模での経済戦争と孤立化」を警告した。

　同氏は、「彼らの海軍は消え、空軍は壊滅し、軍事工場は瓦礫と化し、通貨は無価値となり、国は風前の灯火だ」と語った。

　さらにトランプ氏は、「自国の金融機関、企業、空港、または政府機関がイランにいかなる形態の生命線であれ提供することを認めるすべての国が莫大な経済的代償を払うことになるだろう」と付け加えた。

　同氏はこれを「経済的な『Dデイ』（決戦の日）」と呼び、同盟国に対し、「イランの脅威を孤立させ、打ち負かす」ために米国と足並みを揃えるよう求めた。

　米国とイランはホルムズ海峡や紛争終結の条件をめぐって対立を続けており、覚書に基づき設定された60日間の交渉期間が17日に終了したものの、今後の協議の行方は不透明な状況にある。

US-Präsident Donald Trump hat am Mittwoch angekündigt, gegen den Iran die „verheerendsten wirtschaftlichen Maßnahmen in der Geschichte gegen einen Staat“ zu ergreifen.

„Dies wird Wirtschaftskrieg und Isolation von beispiellosem Ausmaß sein“, schrieb Trump auf Truth Social und warf dem Iran vor, die Gelegenheit für ein Abkommen nicht genutzt zu haben.

„Ihre Marine ist vernichtet, ihre Luftwaffe ist zerstört, ihre Rüstungsfabriken sind jetzt in Trümmern, ihre Währung ist wertlos, und ihr Land hängt am seidenen Faden“, so Trump weiter.

„Heute kündige ich außerdem an, dass JEDES Land, das seinen Finanzinstituten, Unternehmen, Flughäfen oder Regierungsstellen erlaubt, dem Iran irgendeine Art von Lebensader zu bieten, selbst mit GEWALTIGEN wirtschaftlichen Konsequenzen rechnen muss“, fügte Trump hinzu.

Er bezeichnete dies als „einen wirtschaftlichen D-Day“ und rief die Verbündeten auf, sich hinter die USA zu stellen, um die „iranische Bedrohung zu isolieren und zu besiegen“.

Die USA und der Iran bleiben sich in der Frage der Straße von Hormus und der Bedingungen für eine Beendigung des Konflikts uneinig. Die Zukunft der Gespräche ist ungewiss, nachdem die in einer Absichtserklärung festgelegte 60-tägige Verhandlungsfrist am Montag ausgelaufen ist.
